Why would you not put online orders on the online orders pick up shelf? Instead I have to wait for a team member who?s super... busy to find a minute to get my order. The point of online ordering is it should be quicker and less wait. Panera uses pick upshelves l, as does Qdoba, as does McAllisters in Arnold. Why don?t you? Read more
Genuinely thought they sent me just bread when I opened my order. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.
I went to this one in St. Louis off of Lindbergh...was standing there for at least ten minutes while two people, a male with... glasses and a rude female with dirty blonde hair held a conversation before he went to take a smoke break and she stood near theregister staring off into space. Never once addressed me..I spoke up and she told me "she'd been standing there, and Ireplied"so have I". I was asking about deli mustard/ spicy mustard instead of honey mustard on my sandwich that I wanted and shedidn't know what I was talking about. Very rude, and unappealing. We were dining in around 7:45p. The phone rung, and the lady at the front register turned around and said that the lady on the... phone wants to speak to the manager. The "manager" responded out loud where everybody could hear, "NO, I'M NOT ANSWERING THAT.IS THE LADY FROM EARLIER AND I ONLY GOT 50MIN LEFT." A couple of us customers just all looked at each other and shook our heads.One of the customers said, "now days managers are only 18yrs old so..." Would really be nice to have a knife to cut up salad since lettuce is in big pieces. Wasn't hardly enough meat in it. Just a... couple pieces of bacon and Turkey. A few more pieces of shaved ham. Totally not worth the price. Read more
This location has gone from bad to worse. First I pull up and two guys standing out back with the door right to the kitchen left... wide open( propped open) 9 out of 20 tables on one side were filled with dirty dishes. Food on the floor infront of the trashcan, the counter where you pay had dried sticky soda on it, the front rug looks like it was never put down. The staff standingaround chit chatting about if one quits they all would quit. Last but not least No personality. I love McAlister's, but I willnever visit this location due to Unsanitary up keep. Lunch today, way too expensive, small portions and no pickles available. Asked said 5 minutes never came back. One half of... restaurant closed off. We got last seat. Two booths on the open side filled with boxes of chips. Management at this locationis terrible. Trust me drive to Arnold location. Not the employees fault this is all on management. Again go to Arnold. We willnever be back. Read more
