I pulled into the drive thru today and was kind of in rush so after 5 minutes of waiting I pulled off, which isn't the problem.... When I pulled around the drive thru line the person at the first window had they're head down and was SLEEPIN!! And my bfnoticed like 3 other workes taking their break or something.. I've been to some bad McDonald's but I've never seen a workerASLEEP. So I tried to call them. They didn't answer, so I called a couple other times and it went straight to voicemail? Don't get me wrong, McDonald's french fries is what everyone's craves. However when I have gone to this particular location on... Natural Bridge and the North Oaks Shopping Center I have found their service to be lackluster. Not to mention 7 out of 10 triesyour fries will be undercooked or hard and dry, wreaking of old grease. And, if you go and ask for any type of ice cream after 8in the evening sometimes earlier they will tell you the ice cream machine is down ???? Another day I pulled up in drive thruabout 20 minutes before closing, a young lady tells me, "I'm sorry we're closed." I said, "you got 20 minutes." She sat therefor an uncomfortable amount of time and did not reply. I didn't said, I swear you guys should be reported this isn't the firsttime you've done this. She replied, "we don't care." ???? Every time I go to the McDonald's in North Oaks on Natural Bridge andLucas and Hunt there is either excessively long hold times for no reason whatsoever or they close earlier than the hours ofoperation listed. For example, after waiting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes the line finally moves... I pulled up to place myorder and, no one waited on me for another 20 minutes! In that time 10 people behind me grew impatient after blowing theirhorns, (to no avail) and drove off enraged.
