Unprofessional waited way too long inside for our Togo order and when we finally got it the food was cold and the custom... requests were ignored. All while I had to listen to and watch the workers showing pictures on their phones and using crude ifnot vulgar language rather then moving food and customers through the doors. This is a nice location with a lot of potential asmanaged now will fail miserably. Read more
Terrible service. Rude workers...The service at this location was horrible. The worker was extremely rude. We asked for water... and she rudely stated that we had to ask for everything when placing the order. We then asked for jelly because she never askedand there was none placed in the bag she basically just tossed it at us. Then said next time asked for everything when orderingor you won't get it. I normally don?t leave bad reviews. But, this place never gets better. Short staffed, low on food selection, drive thru not... operating during normal hours.. Waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes with a line behind me, no one answering and then theyjust said go inside after all that. I left with nothing wasting my time. Had a full car of kids. Don?t go here it will just makeyou upset and empty handed. By all means I will drive an extra 15 minutes to the other location for better service. Read more

I won?t go to this location again. I?ve been several times. Always short staffed and fries are always cold and chewy. We all... know that McDonald?s has FIRE fries but ONLY when they are hot and fresh. Nothing more disappointing then paying almost $4 forfries that you throw in the trash!! Read more
More flies than you can shake a swatter at. And then there?s KEISHA?.This poor excuse of an employee is actually serving food to... the community. Who in their right mind interviewed this thing and thought that she should serve the public. I got better servicefrom the flies who were following her around. She is meaner than a junk yard dog. She called my number (209) and I guess Ididn?t get to the counter fast enough so she threw my food on the back counter and started to sweep up the fries that were onthe floor. I had to wait for her to get done with that so that it can get me my food. ??????? Everyone there really look likethey hate their jobs but she had the killa look and an attitude to match. I hope I?m mentioning the right person?KEISHA with thedirty red long braids. You?ll know if you ever have an encounter with this thing. Was going to ask for a refund but I knew forsure it was going to be me and it in the parking lot and I had just got done taking a shower. Unless you use the kiosk, the waiting time to place your order will be long. With no one else in line, it took 15 minutes to get... served. It was not a busy time. 2:30 pm. Your order will likely not be right. I rarely eat McDonald?s and need to stay hungryuntil I find a different chain that is semi truck friendly. Read more
Food was not as fresh as it could have been. Waited a long time in the drive-thru to get food that had been cooked ahead of time... while a employee was sitting outside by the back entrance smoking a cigarette and on the phone. Read more
