For McDonald's this one has to be the worst. I don't think this place operates after dark. I'm a delivery driver and I have... been to this location multiple times, it never seems to be open. All their signage says open 24hrs. I plan on contacting theowners. Read more
Just called to find out for sure if they were open (before wasting my time driving there). Its Oct 11, 2022 at 4:12am and the... person that answered the phone said "NO, WE ARE CLOSED but will be open shortly". I specifically asked, "Oh so you're NOT open24hrs?" They replied "No". I didn't even bother to ask what time they DO open, as I was already aggravated by the fact that OnceAgain, a place claims to be open 24hrs but is NOT. This is so annoying. Just be truthful, PLEASE. This place needs a surprise visit from corporate...To many people standing around talking while others work.... there was a girl... with red braids and a yellow shirt I don't know if that means team lead or something but she wasn't really leaning anything shewas more or less poking fun at the manager in the gray shirt who was actually working and trying to keep things together.. thegirl who gave me my food had an attitude. Abysmal. That's the first word that comes to mind when I think about the "service" I received at this location. I purchased an... orange juice and four breakfast sandwiches. I left there and discovered that they didn't give me the oj. So, I drove back thereand was given the oj but with zero apologies. Then, once I got home again, I discovered that my Chicken McGriddle was actually asausage, bacon and egg Mc Griddle. I don't even think that's on the menu...? This has to be one of poorest managed restuarants I have been to. Drive thru took my order quickly, 7 minutes before I got to... the window for my food and then was asked to move forward. Waited in my car another 5 minutes finally got my food. Got home andthis is the condition of my food. I havent had a good experience there and now I wont go back. Read more
After spending more than enough money with this establishment today I have been upset. I placed a mobile order sent my wife to... the store got pushed back for her to pick up my order. Then my order was wrong not once but twice called the store got put inthe book the first time real simple second time got pushed back got hassled and got hung up on at this point. I am documentingevery single time this McDonald?s messes up and I?m going to publicly post every time I have a disappointing order at every timeI get a disappointing order it happens quite often no matter if it?s 8 o?clock at night or 10 o?clock in the morning fries withno salt cold food I don?t complain.
