Drive- thru lines move very slow due to shortage of staff on duty.
Drove to this McDonald?s at 4am before flying out of St. Louis and the two workers inside literally ignored us and acted like I... wasn?t trying to order. We drove to the window and I could see them DOING NOTHING so I drove back around and waited and theystill ignored me. LITERALLY GETTING PAID TO SIT AROUND AND DO NOTHING. What?s the point of even being 24/7 so I think cooperateneeds to be notified of these people getting free money to refuse people and the manager allowing it so maybe the facility canclose earlier since you?re not feeding people 24/7 anyway?? The floor is nasty.. I had to wait to order and my order was wrong and items were left off and they would not add it at the... window. The manager has no way to help customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE EATING AT THIS LOCATION UNTIL THE CLEAN IT AND GETBETTER STAFF. Read more
Everytime I come here since I moved to North County they move so slow. This has to be the slowest McDonald's I have been to and... it's not the time from ordering the food to getting the food that is slow, it's the time of waiting in drive through line toorder that is the long time. They literally tell every car that pulls up "I'll be right with you" then take awhile to come backso cars can order. I keep saying I will stop going to this location. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever dealt with. The employees including the managers are extremely rude and belligerent to... customers. They refuse to honor their menu prices and slammed the window in my face when I let them know that it rang updifferently than what the board said. Read more
Ordered 1/2 iced tea, half sweet, 1/2 unsweetened. Fish sandwich was dry, cooked quite a while ago, and had 1/4 piece of old... cheese. No napkins were given, and was given all sweet tea. Poor customer service. Don't go to this location!! Read more
I got to the drive thru to order at 9:03pm and the young lady kept saying one moment please. She didn't take my order until... 9:09pm. I pulled around to the window to pay and no one was at the window. She didn't say pull to the 2nd window. Mind you, thecar in front of me was still waiting on their order. It is now 9:17pm and I still haven't gotten to the window to pay cause theprevious car was still waiting. I finally get to the window and the young lady looks at me and turns her back.
