Tried to call prior to making my way to this ?24 hour? operation. Got a weird 1990?s dial tone. Proceeded to drive there and... trust that the ?24 hour? open listing was accurate, just to be told I had to wait 15 minutes for the drawers to be switched out.This is not the first time I?ve been fed a weird excuse when trying to get food in the early hours, owners might want to lookinto that. I would give this place zero stars. Lost my husbands mobile order or gave it away. After showing the order remade it and messed... with the drinks and burgers. Why we weren?t rude. Terrible experience. Over the past 2 weeks I've gone here 3 times and all 3 times the experience has been terrible. The third... time was last night. When I got the food home (which I live less than 5 minutes away), the food was terrible. Burgers and frieswere all cold and stale. Since this was the third very bad experience I called the Bayless location that I just left and talkedto Leslie the manager. She said to bring the bag of food and receipt in and she would be happy to refund my $25. It was past 10pm so I waited till the next day, which I told Leslie and she said that would be fine, she took my name down and said to ask forher personally. I brought the bag of food and receipt back, which the majority of all the food was still in the bag. Leslie wasworking which I gave her the receipt and the food and was met with a very rude demeanor. She said she would not refund my moneyor replace the food and more or less told me to leave. In no way was I rude about any of this and was disappointed in the wholeexperience. I'm a manager at Menards and in no way would I ever treat a customer the way Leslie treated me. I never usually calla bad order in, but since this was the third time getting bad food and service I did call in and was met with this very hostileand rude manager. I would not recommend eating here, and won't give this location anymore of my business. Read more
Arrived at this location at 10:11pm. They told me they were not taking any more orders until night crew arrives. I asked what... time is that and they said ?in 30 minutes?. But who stops taking orders for thirty minutes for the next shift to arrive at afast food place? This has never happened at any other Mcdonald?s I?ve been to so it?s just a little odd. Read more
They have pre order counters that help you get your food ordered quicker, however the chucks. Sandwich I ordered was Cold and... over cooked it was very hard to bit into or even pull apart. It was very it to my dog I could not eat it. The fries were coldand soggy. Read more
I don?t normally go to McDonalds except for breakfast. I went to the lI55/Bayless location. Again, short staffed so usually the... drive-through is only open. This visit the inside dinning was actually open! So, I get my usual 2 breakfast sandwiches for $4.The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits my favorite and really the only todos items that I order. From my experiences, depending onthe location, depends on if your food will be warm or not??????????? I?ll drive to the county if I ever eat McDonald?s for thisreason period. "So I totally understand that finding employees, let alonequality employees is hard in this covid environment. That's why im writing about Arthur, the gentleman who took my order. He notonly took my order and processed my payment but to my amazement, it appears he cooked bagged and handed it to me as well. Healso did it with a smile. He's definitely a good one and deserves to be treated as such. Either with a raise or promotion. Guyslike that are hard to come by.
