Just got a meal with a basket of fries and the fries are over cooked as in hard. This McDonald's is pretty bad at quality I'm... soo sad that this is close to where I live. Surprised management is not helping improving quality and service. Read more

This McDonald?s is horrible! If I could give no stars, I would! First off the soda machine was down & couldn't get any other... drink but sweet tea or regular tea. I ordered a kids meal for my child. They Gave my kid spoil old milk, old fries & there weresmoke ashes on his burgers. Worst experience at any McDonald?s ever. Do not go to this location! Read more

This is got to be the worst McDonald's in StL. I don't know how many times I've gone there during their hours of business and... waited in the drive through, at the order speaker, and waited for 30+mins, never to be waited on or checked in on (with manyother cars behind me). I usually get mad and just drive off. It's SO frustrating, especially when McD's is one of the fewburgers that my son will eat. I am a patient person and realize places are hurting for help but geez. It happens all the timethere. Read more

Really rude staff and terrible customer service. They got my drive through order wrong. Didn?t realize it until I got home.... Drove 20 min back to get it corrected got yelled at because I didn?t bring the food that my son was already eating back to getit replaced (apparently that?s a rule on the receipt). The manager yelled at me from across the room?I couldn?t see her faceeven and wouldn?t give me her name or the name of her boss. Really terrible experience and I am guessing this is not howMcDonald?s corporate would like for their staff to treat their customers. Really a lot of driving and trouble for a mistake thatTHEY made. But I was made to feel as if I was the guilty party. Unbelievable. Read more

This is the worst, poorly managed, rude McDonald's that I have ever seen. In the picture I attached I was told that it wasn't... burnt, 'it was the grease'. They are beyond trash. Go to any other McDonald's and save yourself the headache. The one savinggrace is that lady that takes your order in drive thru, she is very nice. This is a fast food travesty. Read more
