1. Person at drive through on 11/24/22 at around noon obviously didn?t want to be there and was rude, inept and had 0... communication or customer skills 2. Person at the window gave my food to other customers and when they gave it back, she hand itto me and when I said that I wanted it remade, she had an issue and even used profanities! 3. Food was not good and I doubt itwas remade. 4. Once the manager was alerted of the incident, she was obviously insincere and obviously did not care about myexperience. 5. Did not consume the food out of fear of what may have been done with it by the people I interacted with. If youmade bad choices and have to work at fast food - do not take it out on customers! 3:30pm 11/2/22. Ordered two 10 piece nuggets ?meals? for grandkids in car. . No fries for either ?meal? were in bag? Went back... through drive through, Received said fries? ordered additional food for family at home? Incl 2 large Dr.Pepper. Did not receivesaid soda? went inside building to talk to person at counter. She refused to refund the $2.38 for 2 sodas. Told her we no longerwanted the soda, after all the delay. Went through drive through around 330pm this afternoon. I ordered a quarter pounder value meal with a frozen coke. 10 minutes... in line waiting to order, $9.19 for my meal. I've not had good experiences at this location. I can't wait till the Watson Rdlocation is back up and running. My sandwich was not good, the bottom of the bun was hard. Fries were cold and hard. Frozencoke was a bright spot, I enjoyed it. Fast food is no longer really fast or cheap. Nearly 10 bucks! I think it's reasonableto expect pretty good, hot food. My meal this afternoon was neither. This McDonald's is steadily going downhill. 2 things they were promoting on their menu were no longer being sold. They were also... promoting pumpkin pies and had none cooked. Went during dinner on Thursday 12/8. The Happy Meal burger was barely wrapped and falling out of the paper. The associate didn't... speak one word to me, so I sat there because I wasn't sure if I had my whole order. She finally opened the window, and I askedif I was given everything. She muttered "yeah".
