Drive thru is fast and orders are right, decent friendly staff and the line usually moves quick.
I know there are reasons for it, but dining room is closed, only one lane open for drive thru and 25 minutesto get thru line.... Not really fast food anymore. On plus side, order was correct and tasted fine. Read more
First of all, if I could give negative stars I would, like negative five. They?re quick to hand you a mystery bag, at the drive... through, and try to rush you out of their line. What is a mystery bag, you ask? You might get some of your order, but nevereverything you ordered. And, if you call them out on their eras, you guess it, ?Could you please pull up, so you can have coldburgers, and melted ice cream.? I guess they want you to be pleasantly surprised, or not. They even dropped cold fries, backinto the fryer, to heat them up. The end result is a box of skinny chips, that are burnt and hard. Very unappetizing! By all means, check your burger meat before consumption. I stopped by the drive thru and got a 1/4 pounder value meal. There... was a wait, but I assumed that meant it would all be fresh because they were busy. No worries. I got the bag and drove off.Eating a few bag fries I noticed they were nice and hot, so I figured that was the wait, and it made me happy. I was going toeat the burger at home. When I got the box opened the burger needed readjusting, but that happens too. The cheese was way off tothe side and the burger was off the other half of the bun. BUT, when I tried to move the burger over it separated top frombottom exposing RAW MEAT. Not just slightly pink, but absolutely raw to the edges. What made this encounter worse was when Iwent back and demanded a refund the manager (wimpy man) mumbled some excuse about "the girl" making them. No apology. No manningup and acting like a leader. I really hope she got retrained and not fired, but maybe she's better off not working for that guy. Read more
Micky Dee's is a three star fast food restaurant only to be visited in times of extreme need for food or coffee and there is... nothing else. The staff at this particular store was nice, cheerful, and very efficient and should be commended for their 5amdemeanor. The Mcmuffins were the same as they ever are and the coffee ok, hot and strong, like I like it. Read more
A lot of times at night they turn their sign off so nobody will think they're open. Does the owner know they're doing this?... However if you go during lunch the service is very fast and they get you in and out in under 10-15 minutes. Read more
