First time since renovation and will be the last. No CO2 ok but ordered a plain CHEESEburger and received the saddest thin patty... on a crusty bun. Way too long in the drive thru to get to work and discover someone does not understand what plain cheeseburgermeans. Read more

First time here since they re-opened. Went through drive thru, one of the girls working it was completely rude & had major... attitude b/c I accidentally pulled to the 2nd stop instead of the first stop in the drive thru!! And then basically slammed thewindow. Wth? Is going on with customer service these days?? This alone will keep me from coming back now! I use to go to the oldone several times a week. Done. Read more

I was asked, along with just about every car in front of me, to pull to the side and wait for my order. Over the next 10 minutes... I had staff ask me on 4-5 different occasions what order I was waiting on. When I finally got it, instead of getting 2cheeseburgers, they gave me a double cheeseburgers.
