First time since renovation and will be the last. No CO2 ok but ordered a plain CHEESEburger and received the saddest thin patty... on a crusty bun. Way too long in the drive thru to get to work and discover someone does not understand what plain cheeseburgermeans. Read more

First time here since they re-opened. Went through drive thru, one of the girls working it was completely rude & had major... attitude b/c I accidentally pulled to the 2nd stop instead of the first stop in the drive thru!! And then basically slammed thewindow. Wth? Is going on with customer service these days?? This alone will keep me from coming back now! I use to go to the oldone several times a week. Done. Read more
whenever I would go mcdonalds I always went out of my way to this one. it tastes better then all the rest to be honest sorta sad... they got rid of the old design but this one I can rock with it. Read more
Best McDonalds I?ve been to in awhile. Clean store, clean bathroom, food came out fast, polite employees . But, of course every... McDonald?s is always understaffed..the employees that were there did a good job with keeping up with all the customers. Read more

I was asked, along with just about every car in front of me, to pull to the side and wait for my order. Over the next 10 minutes... I had staff ask me on 4-5 different occasions what order I was waiting on. When I finally got it, instead of getting 2cheeseburgers, they gave me a double cheeseburgers. How do you get an order wrong that I had to remind them 4-5 times what itwas?? The service has really gone downhill since reopening. We had such high hopes. Read more
