The waitress took it upon herself to add 20% to the bill without permission. I understand if we had a large party, but only... three of us. I as the patron should have a choice how much tip you deserve not the waitress just taking upon herself to addwhatever she wants. I probably won't be back, because they allow entitlement over customer service. Read more
The wait staff who seated me warned me that there was only one waitress working the whole floor, so it would take a while before... they could take my order. That was correct -- it was an unusually long wait before she took my order. But after the long wait,everything else was fine, and I certainly enjoyed my chili and Caesars salad! Read more
All kinda of stuff on the walls advertising Guinness, yet they didn't carry it. And that's what I ordered, so bartender... suggested something else. I didn't want that and instead of telling me what else they had, she kept pushing the one other beershe suggested. I ordered a french dip.....had to pay extra for cheese. I've never ordered a french dip ANYWHERE, where cheesewasn't included. Even Arby's comes with it. So I ordered a Blue Moon. She sets the beer down and walks away. I have to call herover to ask for the orange slice that is supposed to be served with it. I get my food in a timely manner. It's hot, fries arehot. I only have cheese on half the sandwich and the other half not only doesn't have the cheese, half of it doesn't even haveany meat on it. I barely got a quarter of the container of au jus. It tasted good, but was very poorly done. And not cheap.Also, the bartender never said another word to me. Finished my food and beer, had to put my debit card down before I was eventalked to again. The bar was nice. Very nice employees working there and the food portions were wonderful however... I had the Louisiana chicken... sandwich and my friend had the buffalo chicken wrap and both were extremely salty from the buffalo sauce so it was hard to enjoythem. Read more
First time this evening and I was very pleased. Tried out the steak sandwich, medium rare without the salad dressing topping.... Omg! It is absolutely divine! The bread is garlic cheese bread. Toasted perfectly. Wasn't too hard or burnt. Could taste flavorin every bite. The French fries were fresh and crisp. Hell even my Sierra mist/sprite was perfectly carbonated. My waitress wassuperb and sealed the deal of me having the sandwich. Glad I listed to her. I will definitely be back. Read more
I was there early evening thanksgiving eve. Everything was on point except for parking. What are they supposed to do it's a... Schnucks plaza. Anyways cheers to the staff for a clean professional job, and kudos to the bartender. A kid his name startedwith a B. I accidentally called him Bennington as I left. In all fairness the Blues game was on. The only thing that would havemade it a better experience would have been much better bread for my French dip sandwich. Please do this!!
