I'm not a fan, but many are. Molly's is a nice venue with a variety of outdoor and indoor seating; although, on a busy night,... you may not have a seat. Molly's food is good, but I highly question the sanitation of the place. Last time I visited, I dinedindoors. The space was full of gnats or maybe fruit flies. It was so bad, one ended up in my drink. I'll commend the customerservice, as they took the drink off my bill. Still, I was disgusted by the salt shaker, which appeared to have things other thansalt in it. Price-wise, they're a little pricey compared to other Soulard bars/restaurants. I'd say their mixed drinks arealmost double that of their neighboring businesses. Plus, they have silly rules like you can get happy hour prices at the mainbar outside, but not in the dining room. Molly's typically draws a young crowd. I've observed several nights, where they had tohave been over capacity. The disregard for general safety of their customers and their own employees is a concern of mine.Overall, on the surface level, Molly's looks like a fun place. I don't enjoy it much, but many others do. Read more

I forsure enjoyed my dinner. The staff members were also nice as well, they made sure that I was comfortable. I was thrown off... when I could no longer sit at the bar. I get that you all have to make money, but it would have been nice had the guy who tookmy chair explained why. Luckily the bartender explained what was happening! I suggest maybe giving patrons a warning beforetaking chairs away at the bar. Read more

Love the patio and the food is decent. I liked the blackened chicken Ceasar salad, and the vinaigrette is not thick yet the... flavor is amazing. The Blackened chicken was nice and moist. We also had the spinach artichoke dip which was nice and creamy. Read more

The service was average and the food had the potential to be great... Unfortunately, ours was not hot... how can you serve warm... grits? Ridiculous... but they were great when I got them home and reheat. The alligator ragoon was just as warm as the grits, smh. The did, however, gave my wife fresh (hot) fries, to replace the, you guessed it, warm ones. Oh, by the way, we receivedthis warm food about 45 minutes after ordering it... yup. Read more

Been here about 3 times now in the last 4 months! My favorite place to go out as a 24 year old woman. Crowd is probably 21 to 27... year old range, a lot of college kids. It has sit down areas as well as dance areas so I like to sit and chill more but myfriend likes to dance more so it has something for both of us! Went here for NYE and got a VIP table for 4 people for 500 whichwas open bar and came with a bottle and mixers etc and it was so bougie! Exceeded expectations for 125 a person. I would highlyreccomend. Bartenders are really so nice and friendly. Read more

We went for their Christmas pop up event ?LIT? and it was amazing!! The whole place is filled to the brim with Christmas... decorations & lights! + festive drinks!! It was definitely neat! Have to book tickets to go. You get a 2 hour time slot. Canbook 1-10 people I do believe. Be on the look out though when tickets go live because they sell out fast. I will say soulard isa bar block with multiple bars around a few different streets, so IF there is an event happening or a collage thing going on, beprepared to see a lot of drunk people outside. It?s a party block for sure but not always like this. Only when college events, fundraisers, or events are taking place Read more

Went for brunch on Sat which is great for the bottomless mimosas. Place huge and warm on the covered patio even in 40 degree... weather. Bottomless service wasn?t bad - staff was a little overwhelmed but only waited a few times for refills. Food was alsovery good. The breakfast chicken nachos were okay - chips got very soggy. French toast was great- almost like a cinnamon roll Read more

In town visiting a friends for Thanksgiving. She is new to the area so we googled brunch places with bottomless mimosas. We love... a good boozy brunch. The bottomless was a good deal. And it was nice they use a specific cup to tell who is doing it. That wayany server walking past can fill you up. We sat on the patio side that had brunch. It was in the 30/40s so it was nice they hada temp controlled, covered patio. It did get a bit warm out there, but I'm always hot. We shared the breakfast nachos. They hadgood flavor. The chips got really soggy, really fast. We also ordered it with a runny egg. The server said most people get itwith scrambled eggs. That would likely help with the sogginess. I had the breakfast burger. It was really good! I'd probablysalt and pepper the patties while they are grilling but it was still good. They forgot my side of ranch and it took a bit to getthat, but it had gotten really full/busy and the server seemed to be taking care of quite a few tables so did not want to bughim to grab it. The server had recommended the French toast bake. My buddy got it and let us all try it. It was very good.Thick. Flavorful. The sauce on it was great! It would have been too sweet for me to eat the whole thing, but my buddy destroyedit and was very happy with it. When it did get busier, sometimes we waited a bit for mimosa refills, but it wasn't that bad andwe understand places are busy with limited staff right now. We would definitely go back. I love taking my dog for a patio drink,so if we are ever back in a warmer month and not looking to eat, we would definitely stop back here. Read more
