Excellent Filet Mignon, cooked perfectly!! I guess that's why you go to Morton's. Ate @ the bar. Bartender and service was good.... Lobster Ravioli appetizer was also excellent, fresh asparagus, plenty of lobster chunks & sauce! Oscar style filet was weird.Lots of lump Crab meat, but sauce blended with juices from steak & asparagus was wrong end of spears, too thick. Didn't love thesour cream mashed potatoes either, needed both more sour cream and butter seemed dry- I just put it in the sauce from thesteak. $175 dinner for 1 (incl tip) was EXPENSIVE & I asked about the 11% tax- told it's high St Louis taxes. People complainabout the smoke smell from the casino- I did not find any smell in the restaurant whatsoever. Atmosphere was nice. Great steakyou can cut with a knife. The lobster ravioli was good but that is sea bass and it is burnt they had to take it back.... The customer service and waitress... in the manager was very nice and friendly and fixed everything with the experience especially the weight was kind ofunacceptable I will give them another try but at a different time even though it was 745 I think the cooks were lazy Read more
Had my birthday dinner here last Saturday night. Everything was awesome down to the customized Happy Birthday menus. The steaks... are wonderful (I love the Cajun ribeye, as they really get Cajun spices and don’t overdo them, as many restaurants do). Thepork chop is so good, as in the best I’ve ever had! They oysters were really good (Massachusetts). Couldn’t eat thedessert, so they packed it to go. Great cocktails and an extensive wine list. Thanks so much to the great staff for making itspecial! Wewwww chile this is first time I have gone to a restaurant of this caliber before and luckily it was not on my dime because it... is EXPENSIVE. But it was totally worth the price! The bread and butter that they have on the table was warm and sooo good. Thedrinks were really great! I had the golden pineapple and the hibiscus margarita. For food, I had ordered the filet mignon(medium well and butterfly) and lobster tail with the sour cream mashed potatoes. That was incredible! I did not think I was asteak lover, as I had never really had a good steak before and the filet was sooo good! I tried a piece of my friend’s Waygusteak with the truffle butter sauce and it was literally melt in your mouth. Changed my whole perspective on steak. The lobsterwas cooked perfectly and it was very tender and very buttery. The mashed potatoes could have definitely used some salt andpepper but taken to a whole nother level when I added some truffle butter sauce to them. Wow. Just, wow. Amazing. Shay and Kendra were amazing servers. The steaks were phenomenal. It was my wedding anniversary, and I... mentioned that in my online reservation. They were very attentive in this regard, even including custom menus. The music wasvintage, not too loud. They took an actual picture of my family, set it in a handwritten card, and gave it to us! They made amistake on one of the side dishes, but they made it right by giving us the correct dish to go. There aren't enough stars togive. Read more
Amazing steak, great ambience, and attentive staff. We went for my birthday. The manager came out to greet us set us and made... sure that the food was to our liking. The waiter was friendly and helpful when we were looking for pairings with our dinner. Iwould definitely go back. And it was worth the price. Read more
Food was excellent in the service was amazing. We took a friend out for his birthday and they made it a point to customize and... make you with happy birthday on it and making sure that we felt welcomed and appreciated was a top priority to the staff. Theyhad a tuna dish that was absolutely amazing on the appetizer menu and you can never go wrong with the 12 oz filet Pittsburghstyle. Read more
A very good, delicious meal with friendly, courteous service from Justin, our waiter. Prices are in line with higher end... steakhouses. We tried the black truffle butter ribeye and the premium pork chop. This is where the star is lacking as the porkchop had close to no flavor at all and the ribeye was very fatty and a bit grisly for a premium steak. It still had a greatflavor overall. We also had the lobster Mac, corn souffle, augratin potatoes (get them) and the onion rings (skip them). Wewould return but I can't see myself dining regularly as the quality of the meat was less than I would desire for the priceassociated. Read more
