Charged me twice for my takeout order and was told by a worker at the restaurant to email their customer service. I sent an... email along with proof that they charged my account twice and never heard back from the company or received a refund. Willnever order from this company again. They're basically a fast food pasta factory and don't care about good service. Read more

Ordered the buffalo chicken Mac. Not a fan of chicken all the time so I ordered it without. Normally they are pretty good about... their food, however this time they didn?t add the buffalo sauce!!!! I literally had some kind of buttered noodles with shreddedParmesan cheese. Since that is one of their menu items if that?s what I wanted I would have ordered that, but I wanted somespiciness and got bland food. Had to add some stuff from home to get some flavor. What makes this worse is I ordered from UberEats (Uber is great and the food was delivered quickly) but I paid a lot more to have ruined food. My wife and I stopped in for a carry out order on our way home on a Saturday evening, probably around 6:45pm. I ordered the... Spicy Korean noodles with extra beef and a cup of the tomato basil soup. My noodles were over-sauced, the meat was fatty. I wasokay with both of those things, because it's cheapish fast food. The cup of tomato soup was a completely different story. What Ireceived was a broken, burnt tomato paste that filled about a quarter of the cup it was in. I am sure the soup was being kepttoo hot and was probably almost empty in the pan. It tasted like burnt marinara. Next time my wife asks if Noodles and Companysounds good, I hope I remember this experience and respond with a hearty, No! Read more

Shanae was very patient helping me decide what I wanted since it was my first time eating here. Thank ya ma?am! She took a... couple of minutes to explain the menu and asked what I liked. The food was excellent! The tables were clean and seating wascomfortable. The only (very minor) complaint I would have is it was very hot outside and it was warmer than I?d like in therestaurant.
