Food is always incredible. Tons of options and customizations to anything on the menu. I'm dieting and love the zuccini noodles... as a replacement for pasta. On my first visit here, the staff was very helpful and patient with helping me choose some toppingreplacements on an entree. The rewards program is also good. Will not be returning. The last few times we have ordered from here, everything we have gotten has been inexplicably spicy, even... on dishes that are supposed to be savory. Also, very dry or little sauce. Read more
I order from this place almost weekly and the food tastes great (I love the tofu substitutions!) There was a small mistake with... my most recent order, and the manager was extremely helpful with making sure I was taken care of. He went out of his way to callme back to ensure that I received the assistance I needed with my order. Really great staff! Read more
Had the best experience at this location this evening. My partner loves the steak stroganoff which they no longer have on the... menu, so the employees suggested a similar dish. Above and beyond that, they let us know that we could call if she didn't likeit and they would make sure we received a free entree next time. Finally, when they brought our to-go bag, the manager added acomplimentary rice crispy treat just in case we didn't like the stroganoff substitute "so we wouldn't starve." The food was delicious--the new stuffed cheese tortelloni in garlic cream sauce is very tasty. I also appreciate the website's... "dietary lifestyle calculator," which allows anyone (gluten free, vegan, or with any other dietary restrictions) to find dishesand/or customizations that suit their needs. I'm also a big fan of the Montamore cheese Noodles & Co uses these days--it's thevariety I buy at the deli and it's very tasty. My issue was with the service at this location. None of the visible kitchenstaff were wearing their masks properly, despite a city mask mandate requiring masks indoors. The person taking orders was notwearing a mask at all, even around her neck. She was also very rude with customers, and listening to her snap at the folks whocame in while I was enjoying my meal contributed to my decision not to return to this location. Read more
Bathrooms really need help. No toilet paper, and the bathroom just didn?t look clean. I give the food a 4/5 it?s one of my... favorite places to eat. But the atmosphere of this noodles and company just isn?t the best. It has dim lighting which isn?tideal (at least personally for me) made me think the lights weren?t quite working the cashier that helped me was eating at theregister, and i don?t know why. Is eating at the register in front of customers a thing? Otherwise, I do love the food it waswell prepared and warm. Came out fast and quickly. Read more
