Not thrilled with this location. While walking through main area the air conditioning felt great, however being seated in the... back area it was warm and almost humid. Food was mediocre. Potato skins and cheese wedges seemed under cooked. I don't know ifwe will give them another chance. Read more
It?s okay in a pinch, but not great. Service was good. Rolls are very tasty. The dinner entrees were fair. We had the pork chop,... chicken breast, and shrimp combo dinners. The food is bland. Lots of fried food on the menu. Healthy food options are minimal. Read more
I would like to give a huge shout out to the server Audra for being very kind and patient to someone with mental disabilities... and actually engaged in a conversation with the person. It really did make his day as he strives to be talked to and treatedlike a human! Thank you so much for the service and thanks O'charleys for the good food. Read more
Here is the midwest, fish and chips is a meal often fried improperly but not at O'Charley's. They serve great BBQ but, for me,... their fish & chips brings me back month after month. Read more
Came here at 6pm tonight (Tuesday) waiter/bartender acted like he hates his life and his job. Paid $3 for a lemonade, he never... refilled it once, was out almost the whole meal and came back at the end asking if we wanted a box. Also ordered the potatosoup, $5, looked different than it used to and I asked him about it. He said it?s cooked differently now. I said how I neverrecall it ever being so think and chunky, tasted absolutely horrible and plopped down. Didn?t eat any of it, and he knew it,ignored me and walked away. And he left it on the check. Went here for an easy meal near our house. We had zero problems with the staff was greeted politely at the door by the hostess... and she told us there would be a 30 min wait. We had no problems waiting figured since there was a wait and it seemed to haveplenty of families eating there the food couldn?t be that bad. Well I was 1000 percent wrong! Food was awful sad I had pay $40for something hungry man could?ve done better. My expectations weren?t even set high was just looking for a quick meal. Don?tthink we will ever return to eat sadly. This is my first time dining at this O?Charley?s Restaurant. We had the $4 Margarita?s. I had the bourbon glazed salmon with... mashed sweet potato and a salad. My husband had the seafood combo with shrimp and crab cake patties. The food was very good. 4hot dinner rolls came first, then the salads, Margaritas and dinner. The restaurant was sparsely occupied and I felt safe safeduring this COVID-19 pandemic. The waiter was attentive and friendly. The entire bill (including drinks) was $50. Our food was mediocre. We split a pick two. Peach cobbler with ice cre for dessert. Nothing homemade. Peaches were hard , cold... and tasted like from a can, crust hard. Very disappointing. Caramel pie wasn't anything special either. Mist likely won't beback. Read more
