The food, service and atmosphere were all 5 star. All the food we had here was top notch in flavor, quality and presentation. ... I believe in full transparency, I am in the top 10 per cent of Google restaurant reviewers world wide and have had 32k peopleon Google read my reviews and 38k on Trip Advisor. The carnitas fries , dates, tinga tacos and baked goat cheese were alloutstanding. I will definitely return and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place with great variety andtop quality food. Read more

I hate to give bad reviews because I know it takes a lot to run a business, but this place is trash. I do not know how it... survived for 6 years on Main Street in downtown Kirkwood, and why it’s been getting raving reviews. I’ll let the photosspeak for the quality of food themselves - we ordered chicken wings, and roasted brussels sprouts. The wings are not properlycleaned (you can see hair sticking out on the skin), and the brussels sprouts are so undercooked that they are crispy andbitter. Wings have no flavor whatsoever. My husband ordered an old fashioned, it tasted like they just put the cheapest bourbonand bitter in a dirty glass, and it cost us 13 bucks. Everything is so overpriced and poorly prepared. Read more

Amazing spot for a dinner date, a few glasses of wine or a night cap. Sat at the bar and had a few drinks with a friend for this... visit. Bar tender was attentive and the staff was super nice and accommodating the second I walked in. Appetizer menu isdelicious, not one bad thing. We snacked on the bacon wrapped dates (WOW!), the wings and goat cheese. All were perfectly cookedand presented. Bar was fully packed around 7pm on a Wednesday! Read more

Had some time to kill on a Monday in downtown Kirkwood waiting on a friend’s kiddo to finish lessons at School of Rock, so we... stoped here for some tapas. First, the space is very relaxed. It has the vibe of a wine lounge, without being stuffy. There’sa main bar to grab a cocktail, or booth seating and stand alone tables for parties large and small. Being just the two of us, itfelt very much like date night! And the place was surprisingly busy for a cold January Monday night. Our plan was to shareseveral items and catch up. We started with the brussel sprouts and the bbq shrimp. The shrimp came five to the order withbuttered toasted French bread. It sat in a cream sauce that we pretty much dipped everything in throughout dinner! The friendlywaiter even brought some extra bread, which was a bonus. The sprouts were cooked perfectly with a slight char. I thought theywere just a tad bit oily, but my friend was in love with the dish! We moved on to a cobb salad that was better than standardand an order of the seared tuna. The tuna came in a soy-based sauce and was topped with little pieces of avocado. The bites inthe very center that were rare were the most delicious—mixed with some sesame rolled wasabi, perfection! One downside was thefish was overcooked at the ends. We let our server know as he checked in on us, just to make the kitchen aware and help themout. We didn’t expect him to discount the dish, but when he did—that was appreciated! We ordered the dry rub wings for theyoungster when he arrived, and he was kind enough to share with the table. And this turned out to be one of the favorite dishesof the night! Wings at a wine bar— yes ma’am!! We love shopping downtown Kirkwood and supporting the local restaurants. This place will he added to the short list for certain! Read more
