Almost every item on my order was messed up: several items were missing some other items were prepared very sloppily (a... sandwich that had only bread, chicken and sauce, all the vegetables were not added at all). I love Breadco. The manager here does do a great job. I go here to give them business, but they do need to clean the floors in... front of counter as it?s quite slippery. Staff is very friendly, works hard. Read more
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DO NOT FULFILL ORDERS AND DO NOT CORRECT FOR THEIR MISTAKES. I ordered delivery. When it... arrived, part of my order was missing. I immediately called and asked for the missing items to be delivered. They said theywould; however, after 2.5 hours of waiting, I had to call back. At that time they said I could pick it up or have a refund. Iagain asked for it to be delivered, as I was unavailable to pick up, hence why I ordered and paid for delivery. They refused tohave the remainder of my order delivered, in spite of it being their fault, and insisted my only option if I still wanted myitem was pick up. This was also the manager who said this. It is frustrating that they messed up, but infuriating that theywouldn't correct or make good for their mistake. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PANERA IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR ORDER. Read more

Least enjoyable trip to a Bread Co. I've had. 11 workers and the manager, only three customers and it took 20 minutes for... already prepared bakery items and a chai tea, which was 3/4 full and barely hot. I'm all for people having fun at work, but onlytwo were actually working while everyone else was goofing around, including the manager. Read more
Badly managed, slow and dirty. 10 minutes to get to counter. Manager likes to argue with customers. I heard they got a new gm at... this location but obviously not the right choice. Unfortunately there are no other stores close so I went again to thislocation. Dirty like most visits, and out of coffee at 8 am, had to wait foe more. Find someone to run this store properly orget the regional in there until one can be found. Don't let your reputation suffer because of this. Read more
Ordered (2) large bowls French Onion soup, large salad. grilled cheese sandwich, large salad to go. The grilled cheese sandwich... was not grilled and had rubber cheese, french onion soup was cold with zero cheese covering top of soup, and the salad was tiny.(see photos). The cost was close to $29. Not worth the money. Next time I will support the local small businesses as you getbetter food quality and prices. Positive side cashier's were helpful and professional.
