I had a bad experience with the same manager now 2x. The last time I contacted corporate about my experience, never heard... anything back from them. After a year thought I'd give it another try. I ordered 1 large pizza for carry out. When I picked itup, asked the manager for a extra peppercini and she took her hands with no gloves after touching money I gave her and her cashregister drawer and grabbed a peppercini out and tossed it in my box. With all the covid, etc. You would think she would try toprotect people from getting sick. What it is, is she is lazy or not trained properly about sanitary procedures. Used to order from here for a few years constantly than they went downhill sadly started not cutting it all the way, forgot the... sauce 2 times in a row even after calling them to confirm they had the garlic sauce, wasn?t always hot, and the speed of theirservice went downhill. My order took 2hrs to arrive, it was estimated at 43 mins, I didn't get 4 of the things I paid for, and the driver didn't have... any change so I had to give him a giant tip, I highly recommend not ordering from this Papa John's. Read more
