I had a bad experience with the same manager now 2x. The last time I contacted corporate about my experience, never heard... anything back from them. After a year thought I'd give it another try. I ordered 1 large pizza for carry out. When I picked itup, asked the manager for a extra peppercini and she took her hands with no gloves after touching money I gave her and her cashregister drawer and grabbed a peppercini out and tossed it in my box. With all the covid, etc. You would think she would try toprotect people from getting sick. What it is, is she is lazy or not trained properly about sanitary procedures. Used to order from here for a few years constantly than they went downhill sadly started not cutting it all the way, forgot the... sauce 2 times in a row even after calling them to confirm they had the garlic sauce, wasn?t always hot, and the speed of theirservice went downhill. Would not recommend at all. Read more
My order took 2hrs to arrive, it was estimated at 43 mins, I didn't get 4 of the things I paid for, and the driver didn't have... any change so I had to give him a giant tip, I highly recommend not ordering from this Papa John's. Read more
Delivery Driver brian... great dude. pulls up to our company, goes right to the door the instructions say to, he got it here... fast, made it easy. Too any people mess up the simplest things. the world needs more brian's. Read more
I came to check out this pizza location due to a bet I lost .. my friends always make fun of me because I'm so loyal to a... different pizza chain ..and that's the only pizza I eat .. and I have to say I left without any regrets ! I had the honor ofbeing waited on by an amazing Wonderful young men who revived my long lost hope of our new generation .. this kid is goingplaces I haven't seen such a diamond in a long time ! Edit 1: been going here for years pizza is better than ever lately. Keep it up! The thin crust pizza at papa john's is so good... if you like thin crust give it a try. I prefer it with extra sauce and well done. Read more
Staff is typically pleasant. Quality sometimes is hit and miss but over all pretty good.
