I had the worst and rudest service from this location. Half of my order was missing. When I called to speak to a manager, I was... hung up on twice. Then when my daughter called from her phone the manager answered. So I was finally able to speak with themanager about my incomplete order. He told me I could not get my money back. The manager then gave me his name which is Darian -He refused to spell it so I do not know if this is correct. Darian then hung up on me. The driver was fine. The manager washorrible. I need my refund. I do not want a credit because I will never order from this location again! Read more

Extremely terrible experience today. I didnt recieve my whole order i had to walk a block to get my order cause the driver... couldnt find my place and it was very cold when i got it. So when i called they told me cause of how busy they was they had tosend my order through door dash when i ordered from the store and would have to contact doordash. When i said that had nothingto do with me and i either wanted to have my whole order replaced or my money back they refused.Then because my husband wasspeaking to me in the background she took that as screaming and threatened to hang on me and i would have to call back tomorrow.She then refused to give me a refund or replace my whole order and only offer to replace one of the pizza and the missingbrownie or nothing at all. I will never order from there again. There is no reason why i couldnt get a refund. Veryunprofessional and disrespectful. I even offer to give the freezing cold pizza back. Read more

Estimated delivery was 35 minutes, so after an hour of waiting we called just to check the status as we couldn?t track it... online. The guy who answered the phone didn?t ask for any information, just said the driver would be on his way soon and hung upon us. The driver was very nice and was the only redeeming quality about our experience. Read more

Pizza had barely any sauce (asked for extra sauce) and barely any toppings. When I called to express my feelings they put me on... hold for 10 minutes with the most irritating hold music then hungup on me. I?ll just complain to corporate. Read more

Ordered pizza and dessert by phone around 11:30 pm on a Friday, paid ahead including tip. The order was accurate and received... within allotted time with no issues! Food was good! Thank you Read more

It?s been over 3 hours, no pizza has shown up yet..when I call in, which I have 3 times, I?ve been told each time it is out for... delivery and then the lady abruptly hangs up. I hope papa John?s goes out of business. Update- got my pizzas at 9:04 pm?orderedat 4:52. My order was ?lost? during shift change and it never did get delivered, I opted to just go pick it up..and still gotcharged for delivery with tip included. Thumbs down, negative 5 stars. Read more

Don?t order from here. I haven?t ordered from here since 2015. I remember it being terrible. And by reading the other comments... it still hasn?t changed. It?s no joke that the service is awful. You will be waiting 2-3 hrs on your order. And what papa John?sopens up at 9pm???? That doesn?t make any sense. Read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered delivery, and was given an estimate of 1hr 15min. Fine, I can wait. Over 2 hours... later, I had to call the store to find out that the order was just sitting at the store. So I tell the manager I will go pick itup myself, and to remove all delivery-associated fees. He says that's doable. I get there, and request a receipt. Turns out,they're keeping my tip. Absolutely terrible service. I would not order here at all, even if you don't have another option.
