The best local coffee shop in St. Louis! While the downtown location was where I was first introduced to Park Avenue, I think... I?ve made myself a local at every location in the City at this point (though the OG Lafayette Square location is my fav)! Theflavored drinks are yummy, but coffee is top-notch and flavorful enough to drink black. The food is always great & the portionsare decent in comparison to other coffee shops, so you feel like you are getting your moneys worth. They are known for theirvariety of gooey butter cakes, but anything I?ve had there has been yummy! My favorite part of Park Ave, though, is the people.The employees always make a point to remember your name (& order if you have a usual), and make you feel welcome. Read more

Great coffee, pretty good pasteries and desserts, and also pretty good sandwiches. For a coffee place inside of Cortex, it does... a great job. Not long wait times and plenty of places to sit. Nice staff. I recommend the carrot cake muffins and the turkeysandwich. Read more

3 words: bacon cheddar scone. Amazing. This place known for gooey butter cake, which they always have, but the cafe items are... all great. Staff is so nice and flexible. Nice area to sit and get work done, right on the corner of the building. Well lit,easy to find, with visitor and meter parking within 10 feet. Read more
