Sandwich was just barely ok and the fries were amazing. I got a chicken parm. Maybe try something different.
Saturation. A Grease Sandwich. Grease spewing out the back. A artery blocking, intestine locking Deluxe. The wrapper was soaked... in grease, now my hands are soaked in grease..Sandwich. When grease is the main ingredient and condiment..Sandwich. A 'I justfkd up my shoes, socks and somebody's floor'.. Sandwich. 4 sandwiches in a bag, a variety of selections, all soaked in grease.That we are now stuck with cause its lunch, we're pressed for time, we hungry & I didn't check the dam bag. What a fool I am forwatching the manager watch the cook cook, watch manager put food in the bag and presume quality control was implemented. The place had only two customers, myself and one other (for part of the time). I was there for approximately 25 minutes. There... were three employees. The only male employee was laid out sleeping in one of the back booths with his feet blocking the aisle tothe restrooms. He was sleeping the entire time I was there. One female employee sat in a booth on her phone unless she wasserving myself or the other customer. I mention this not because I think there?s anything wrong with employees taking a breakbut because the place was really filthy and there was plenty of cleaning that could be done. The third employee (female and theonly African American) was working the entire time, either serving customers or cleaning. Her fellow employees should take noteof her work ethic. As for the food, the BLT was ok except the lettuce was wilted and the tomatoes were mushy. The fries weregreat as always. Read more
My order was given to the wrong person right before my eyes. I had to make them aware of this mistake. I also had to ask the... person who gave order away to change his gloves. He was on the phone on the register and would go back to sandwiches. I was inHospitality for 35 years. I use to really like Penn Station the last couple of times I have had has been bad service andquality. Read more
