I was halfway to the restaurant before I got a call stating that they were out if the crust I ordered, so I had to modify. Once... I arrived at the restaurant, I pressed the tap to call button to let them know I had arrived and instead the call went to acustomer service line and not the actual restaurant. They were never notified that I was outside waiting. I had to go inside tofind out why I had been waiting so long to receive my order. The cashier said I was supposed to text upon arrival and I informedher that I used the tap to call button. Not a good experience this time...on a separate occasion, I again had to go inside topick up my pizza although I ordered curbside and received confirmation that it would be brought out to me. Not even exaggerating when I say this, this is literal food poisioning at this point. Sauce was uncooked and the cheese on the... pizza was barely cooked whatsoever. And all of the cheese that was cooked fell off the pizza, and when I asked for stuffedcrust they put normal crust. Unbelievably bad and genuinely would rather eat rotten cheese. Read more
It's been years since I've had Pizza Hut, but for some reason it sounded good last night. The pizza was WONDERFUL! The sauce was... flavourful, crust perfectly done, and lots of Pineapple! YUM! I do miss the seasonings on the crust though. The breadsticks hadvery little seasoning but were still very tasty and perfectly cooked. The mini Cinnabons were REALLY GOOD! The manager was extremely rude. I waited 15 minutes before he ever appeared to take my order. He literally just threw my receipt... on the counter while I was still waiting at the register. Customer service at this place is absolutely terrible Read more

This is the worst place ever breadsticks delivered old they don't deliver fresh food. I'm contacting corporate office right now... filing another complaint because I just placed A order she told me I would have to wait I place my order at 2:53 p.m. is 4:08p.m. She told me ill have Over two hours. When I place the order I said delivery she put it on a carry-out and then turnedaround call the phone up in my face after I asked her for her name and what was their corporate office number which I don't needit I got it. This pizza place is real rude in highly disrespectful every time I call. And if corporate office don't do nothingabout this and about how their employees treat people because how what if they're spitting in my children's food orpoisoning So I would not order anyting there again. The counter guy had a attitude. The service was unfriendly. They messed up the order and had to cook the pizza twice. Got... there at 715 left at 820. Pizza was dry and chicken wasn't that good. Will not be going back to that particular store again. The Pepsi was free for the wait. Read more
