Received a raw pizza from here, like how hard is it to cook a pizza?
Update 8/2022: What a turnaround! I?ve tried them a few more times in the last months and I think this may be the best pizza... place in Oakville now. The staff is attentive, down to drivers that care enough to tell you when they think your doorbell maybe malfunctioning. Food quality is great, and the closest to classic Pizza Hut I?ve had I years. Accuracy has been spot on aswell. Original review from 2019: Horrific hygiene here. Came in to pick up my order and watched the line cook prepping pizzaswith no gloves, then use a broom or mop in the area, then go right back to using the unwashed and ungloved hands to make pizzas,gripping crusts and toppings with their now horribly contaminated hands. When I pointed this out to the girl at the counter shesaid it was because they ?have a full screen tonight?. My carryout order was 40 mins late and was missing 2 items -12 wings and an order boneless wings. I called back 2 times and put... immediately on hold with no warning. Finally called an hour later and got a person. I still have not gotten my credit yet! Read more
Bought 450 dollars worth of pizza for catering for my work at this location and they didn?t put my phone number in for rewards.... I got in touch with customer service for my rewards that I should have earned and they say nothing they can do? What a joke?Thanks for robbing your customers Pizza Hut from the rewards you say ur supposed to get . I?ve been a loyal customer since I?vebeen born and even when you guys were struggling I still continue to go and order from you guys. You are going to lose acustomer for life and also a lot of money was planning on ordering catering for the $500 once a month from now on for my workbut that?s obviously not going to happen since you can?t honor what you were supposed to give me. We have never had an issue at this location but last night our pizza was not hot, and we were there three minutes early and told... they were cutting it, so not sure how it could be hot. The crust was very inconsistent and thickness and toppings were lacking,which is not usually the case and breadsticks appear to be missing something because they were barely a quarter inch thick. I have been a regular customer at this store for 4 years and would order about once a week. In the last few months I only order... about once a month because its almost guaranteed that a pizza from here will take an hour/ 1.5 hours. I can't remember a recentorder that got here sooner than that.. Last night my pizza took 3 hours to arrive, was cold and the box was FOLDED. Handing itto me my driver told me he's sorry and I should complain? At least it was too cold to do anything but dent the pizza when thebox was folded in a V because cold cheese doesn't stick to anything. I had called the store after 1.5 hours and spoke to themanager, she told me they only had 2 drivers and were slammed, I was annoyed but tried to be understanding. After another hourI called to cancel my order and was told they were sorry but only had 1 driver, she did say it had just left the store though. The dishonesty is what upset me the most. Had the manager just been straight with me I would've cancelled my order during the1st call and gotten something else from somewhere else. That and I've never been handed a folded pizza box before..
