Jennifer at Pizza Hut at W Oak Square Spg Ctr, 11451 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO is an amazing generous lady. They don't normally... deliver beyond the entrance to the hospital but my son is in the burn unit in isolation for the last 2 months and she went outof her way to get the pizza delivered to his nurses and covered the cost when I was about to cancel the order. A very solid pizza hut, especially considering the alternative locations nearby. More often than I'd like I'll have small... mistake like the pizza will have light sauce when it wasn't supposed to or the crust is burnt. But that's once in a blue moon, Ithink this is a great location and the staff is always quick to correct any issue and serve you as fast as possible. Read more

Service is bipolar. Some counter workers smile and say thank you. Some look like they don?t like that you are there even after... we greet them and thank them. The worst is that they often close for lunch. Even Sundays and many Saturdays. It?s like theydon?t want to have a the business running. You know what is a great meal for a party? An empty pizza box! I also didn't get breadsticks or one of my drinks. I live 3... minutes from this location, which is outside of their delivery area... I would say that they only deliver to their front curb,but they actually stopped contactless curbside even though it is still available as an option on their website. So, I don't haveenough food at my party and we had to argue with them to get our refund... their manager is rude, inept, and can't seem tounderstand that when someone buys your product almost every week, you should just apologize for your error and make it rightrather than accusing the customer of stealing a Mountain Dew.
