You have a commercial advertising a $6 big box, but once you order, 2 hours after restaurant open, you are told you are out of... that sale, but you still selling chicken ???? Poor service!! Crazy drive thru,no light on the menu.. annoyed workers ,not my fault the menu board doesn't work!!

Really disgusted with the whole experience. First of all, there was only one entrance so I had to walk around entire building.... Secondly, the digital menu was broken so I couldn't see the prices or what to order. Cashier had no gumption about herself andlastly, THE DRINK MACHINE WAS BROKEN. So that's how I felt when leaving, broken. That's the kind of service we get on the northside by these franchise companies, they really don't care about giving black people great service. Sad!!! Staff rude ...FOOD overcooked...long wait time and I was asked to order 4 times and EACH TIME in the middle of me ordering... staff keep asking me to wait a minute ... every freaking time...ANNOYING. it took me literally about 10 minutes to verballycomplete my order...staff dropped my change on the ground and did not acknowledge ..no apology just looked down closed thewindow as if that's my problem ...the tone.
