Have been having issues with this location but I keep trying to give them a chance, but yesterday was the last straw. I was at... the drivethru and the young lady said the following: 1. we are low on chicking 2. we don't have any soda and 3. must haveexact change or use a debit or credit card. I came for the 5 pc special and was told only had thighs and breast. I said thatwas fine and I wanted spicy. Was told no spicy. I asked why are yall open?! That was it, I said thanks but no thanks. Obviously this store needs better management. That's it, I will go to a different location even though this one is only a milefrom my house. First off, the restaurant is swarming with flies! The ledge in front of the chicken racks was filthy?the cashier claimed the... receipt machine was not working. The chicken looks as though it was cooked in old grease?.explicit music was blaring in thekitchen?a ?family? meal consists of just chicken and one side?.NO dry a$$ biscuits! Just a disgrace overall. Disgusting the restaurant and the food was a disgrace. The building is so nasty and unsanitary in the inside, they didn't have... any condiments or half the food they should. There was a wait to get your food and it was horrible. Chicken was extra hard,dried out and old but fresh out the grease, the fries were nothing but oil! Would never go back or recommend! Read more

I live less than 2 miles from this location and would rather start driving further for better service. There is hardly ever any... chicken when u want it. Went through drive thru and it took the girl over 5 minutes to actually take my order. The order came quick. Got the 5 piece... special and small Cajun rice. The chicken was good, however that Cajun rice was ridiculous, it was VERY dry and the rice washard from being under cooked, I had to throw it out, truly a waste of my money. Read more

They had no red beans and rice. Only excepted debit or credit card, no cash! When asked for a receipt for my debit card use, she... said they did not have any reciepts and I could give her my phone and she would take a picture of my reciept on the register.Never heard of such, I told her she was not going to use my phone. She had a bad attitude from the start when taking my order.She did not have on a hat nor hair net. The slaw tasted very slimy and the chicken was very greasy. Horrible experience !!!
