This place is horrible..I asked for the $6box .chicken was already up the manager I'm guessing cause she had on a different... color than the rest drop my chicken back in the grease.so when I asked are you refrying my chicken she said you want it hotdon't you..So my question is how long that chicken been sitting up under the light and you serving old chicken.Just give me arefund I would never go back here its also nasty and always out stuff and the workers walk around like they don't care but ifnobody bought chicken they wouldn't have a job Read more
My cousins, and I went in to pick up dinner after a long day of shopping. The employees were happy to have us as we gave them... joy in singing ???? Stevie Wonder Happy Birthday song with dance. They( employees)joined in with us. They were very polite intaking care of our order. There were also other customers there enjoying the fun as well. Everyone was in the same Happy Fridaymood as us. Went to this store reluctantly. Had been to two other stores but they were closed. This store is a mile away from where I live.... They never get the order right. I bought this meal for dinner, although I went in near lunchtime because I had to go to work. Igot the ten piece coupon special for 20, and a two piece for 8. They gave me four legs, three wings, and 3 thighs. I triedcalling because my wife only eats white meat. This is why I'd travel to other stores because they never get it right. Always abad experience. The prices are off the chain for chicken! For the last 3 months they had no other choice of drink but sweet tea! They're... always out of wings! Plus one time I was given a half eating chicken sandwich, which I should have took a picture of! Just wanted to say on June 15th 2022 I visited Popeyes off of Airport Road and I was provided with excellent customer service. I... couldn't read the coupon code so the guy at the drive-thru was nice enough to come out to my car and read the coupon code forme. I truly appreciate it very much. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but him and the guy at the register treating me excellentcustomer service kudos to both guys you deserve an outstanding customer service Excellence award. Thr drive through is under construction, and parking lot needs to be as well. And the parking lot is so small very dangerous.... If i didnt order online i would have went elsewhere for dinner. Read more
