Man 5 years ago I gave yall 5 stars bc I absolutely loved this place ate here 2 and 3xs a week, LOVED THE STAFF AND THEY... PERSONAL KNEW ME AND ALWAYS GREETED ME SO KIND. But these last few time have been ridiculous. The people that answer the phoneso rude & rush u to get off the phone. Today my food was so salty I just threw it away. And you only put cheese on half myfries. My gizzard skin was so soft it just slide right off I have given 4 chances to redeem yourself. But today I will neverorder from here again. They used to be one of my favorite spots especially for philly?s chicken and steak. But they have been going downhill. Past few... times it?s been awful. This will was the last chance for me. Completely burnt and the fires are not fully cooked. Read more
The food was hot and fresh. The guy at the counter was extremely nice the service was great. Downside is it?s a little too salty... for my liking. I will return to try something other than chicken wings and fries they have a great selection to choose from. Read more
Customer service is horrible up front the man is just rude and very unpleasant it?s sad please put someone who care up front... because he makes u all look bad for business. I dnt care how long you?ve been there with him being rude to people on the phoneand not acknowledging people who come in to spend their money most def when you charge for stuff like cheese and it?s not onyour fries!
