It was clean and they were short staffed. 4 people were working and the front line still had to make mobile orders. IMAGINE! I... don?t eat Qdoba much because I?m team Chipotle ????. Even those gauc is ?free? they only give you 1 small scoop. ???? I got thebowl with white rice, chicken and black beans, cheese, lettuce, corn salsa (I forgot my sour cream). It was dry! Always out of core ingredients (rice/beans/chips) all kinds. Cash only. Employees close the store down hours before the posted... time or simply find ways take everything off the menu. Was a 5 star from me previously. Now after 5 failed attempts in a row,I'm done. Read more
Food is fine and it is usually clean, but they do not open or close at posted hours. Whatever hours you want to keep are fine,... but post them. Twice it?s made me late or have to scramble for alternative options because the door is locked during ?openhours? so despite being closest to the office I?ll be going to different locations from now on Read more
This place is like any other Qdoba. It is your typical Mexican-American fast food chain. They are quick as the line moves fairly... fast. The employees were generous with their portions. The manager is also nice as my coworkers have gotten freebies. Read more
The customer service here is awful. All 4 of the staff members were rude when we walked in. They were laughing and when I was... ready the man rolled his eyes and asked me what I wanted. I told him I wanted a protein bowl and a woman walked up behind himand said ?she probably wants to make it her own? & laughed at me. Then as the man asked me what else I wanted he seemed over it.There?s no lids left. The drink station is sticky and a mess. All the tables were a mess. Staff was very friendly and inviting. The venue is clean and polished. Location is a little precarious considering the parking... lot isn't huge and there are 2 or 3 other food related places in the smallish strip mall. Only issue I had on this visit wasthe burrito itself. I used to think Qdoba had the best tasting burrito of the big three but my ground beef was just notflavorful at all. Maybe just a bad day. There was no one in line whenever we arrived, we still had to wait about 5 mins or so for someone to come take our order which... honestly is no biggie , as we proceeded to order the girl giving us our portions had a whole attitude and pretty much tried torush us the whole time. When we sat down we noticed on the kids meal we ordered they didn?t include a side so we asked her if wecould get that since we paid for it. She proceed to question why we needed the side and acted like she wasn?t gonna give it tous? the food was so cold and had no flavor. We come to this location all the time and that one rude person not only ruined myexperience but never made me wanna step in there again.. not saying I need top notch service but at least have a little respectfor the customers? get better employees Read more
