Every time I come in the staff is so incredibly rude. The manager (I?m assuming) caught me off guard when I went to pick up my... online order and when I said an order for Michelle he said ?we have 2 orders for Michelle. Which one?? As if I was supposed toknow that? I told him my order and asked for a bag of chips on the side and he said ?no, chips aren?t free? which is fine butwhen I said I?d pay for them he sighed loudly. Whom ever hired the blonde headed/bearded dude, upper management should reconsider. I?ve heard this dude speaking down to... younger employees on 3 separate occasions. He?s VERY VERY pushy towards customers as well. Kind of makes me want to stop goingthere. Read more

I walked in to pick up my online order and walked up to the cash register. No one was in line. I was ignored for a few minutes.... I thought that one girl was going to talk to me, but instead stared at me for several seconds and then turned away from me. Theother three people looks directly at me a couple times, but ignored me. The only Qdoba in the state of Missouri I?ve been to that has ever tried to charge me 5 dollars extra for some more beans and... rice in a bowl. Manager opted to throw it away rather than sell it to me at the normal price. Very bizarre experience. Read more

The food was good here, but the service was terrible. The girl serving us had us wait to do online orders (in which I... understand) but the other two line workers just stodd there while she worked and she was in no rush to serve us and made itquite obvious that she didn't care. Everyone else just made it obvious to us that they didn't want to be there. Read more

When I got to the location they had a sign on the door at 11am stating that they were only doing online orders due to work... shortages. Now I never had the app so I have to take 15 mins out of my time to do that and try to create an account and Icouldn?t due to the app saying try again later. I had to place an order as a guest. So many people were walking up to the dooronly to be let down. I have had many problems with this location. With them having a line and them continuously doing onlineorders instead of having some do them and some take inside orders. To them not staying stocked on impossible meat or other itemsthey should be communicating with the cook before they go low. Something had to change.the store location in south county mallSt.Louis, MO (90) also food was not right like I knew it wasn?t going to be $13 for this mess. Read more

Hands down the worst experience ever. The store itself is closed for an unknown reason without any explanation. And then you... wonder why people are choosing Chipotle over your brand. Either hire more people with decent pay or close this location and putit out of its misery. Fun fact, if you compensated people better you would attract better skilled employees, ones that aren?tobnoxiously rude and disrespectful, like the ones you currently have working. Read more

Ordered this meal at work. Definitely did not want to pay 20$ to get it but I did. Got it and it wasn?t made correctly. Called... and they said it would take a few days for a refund or they could off a entree. Wow!!!! Read more
