First, yes it was a minute before ten, closing time. I had just made it home from work, walked down Grand searching desperately... for something to eat on a MONDAY! Discovered the lights and doors to still be open at Qdoba! Life savior! WRONG! 10:02 withfood still out, the workers and manager, Jennifer, refused to sell me anything! Though it was late, I think it was simply inpoor taste (no pun intended) and customer service. I have lived in the neighborhood since 1998, but you can best believe I willnever step foot in Qdoba?s doors on Grand and I definitely won?t recommend them to ANYBODY that values my opinion of them. Visited qdoba on September 18, 2022 and purchased two bowls. Totaling $21.55. My card had been charged 3 more times that same... night and took my card to a zero balance. Went back to the store the next day and the manager said there was nothing she coulddo if the charges were still pending. So the night of September 19, 2022 qdoba tried to charge my card three more times and havebeen doing so everyday since then and I still haven?t received a refund from the money I lost from the first day. I visited thestore a second time and still was told there is nothing they can do right now and to wait a few days and I?m on day 5 and stillhaven?t received a refund of my $30 and they are still trying to charge my card. I need for you guys get that store in order orthe system or whatever cause I am not happy at all that I have to suffer from you alls mistake. Rated 2 stars for the rude customer service from Jen. The service was incredibly slow and Jen was rude and didn't seem to know... what was what there, skipping people, giving people the wrong orders. It was chaotic and took us 15 minutes to get 2 bowls and 2tacos. The Cashier however was very pleasant and apologetic for our poor service. Despite the poor service, the food was verygood. Read more

I love Qdoba and I am the biggest fan but this location disappointed me tonight. Firstly one of the girls had a stank face the... ENTIRE time. Like okay girl I?m here for my food not you but okay. And the burrito I usually get was somehow sour tonight. Verysour. And my sis said the same thing. Also we came around 9pm Tuesday night. We won?t be returning. ?? Read more

Normally this is my favorite location, however, not tonight. 3 girls working, none of them wanted to be there. I watched them... give 5 people in front of me 3 heaping scoops of meat and stuff their bowls and burritos. When I got up there she was verysnooty and said "what do you want?" I was then given a half scoop of rice, half scoop of chicken and shafted in beans, queso andcheese. When the second lady rolled up my burrito she turned and looked at the first girl like did you seriously short this guy?I then paid the 10.78 for my tiny taco bell sized burrito. I'm pretty sure racism was a factor here, probably going to write into corporate. Read more

I love this place. They have a Coke Freestyle machine and their staff?especially Kayla, Jenn, and Keshell?are super friendly.

It was so delicious I ate it before the review ????! I really wanted to say, the professionalism and welcoming staff is totally... unexpected. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile, hello, and a gentleman possibly tying his apron back from break.He helped me immediately with curbside pickup and mentioned as soon he washes his hands he will get my food delivered to my car,all with a smile.
