I went there in a hurry to eat with my kids. Asked for a bowl and a burrito. My kid hurt his teeth because the white rice was so... hard, I touched it and my daughters was hard as a rock as well. The chicken on my burrito was burned that all I could taste wasthe smoke. When I went to get it replaced she showed me how bad the rice was and she still had gave me that. I've ordered online from this location three times recently. Each time my order has been at least half an hour late, and the... order has never even been remotely correct. For tonight's meal, we ordered corn tortillas because my son cannot have flourtortillas. His 3 taco meal arrived with one corn tortilla and two flour tortillas. When we asked them to correct it, the staffmember said that they were out of corn tortillas, and his manager told him to make the last two tacos with flour tortillas(which my son cannot eat). The manager was then not available to speak with us to clarify. I do not recommend this Qdoba. One ortwo bad orders is a fluke, but three bad orders (that are not only half an hour late but also incorrect) is just bad business. Read more
Tried to give them a second chance tonight but walked in, was ignored by staff for 5 minutes standing in line while one other... customer was being served. One employee has earbuds in and was not paying attention to anyone else, two others were having aconversation between themselves and one was standing idly at the register. Management at this location is severely lacking (atleast in the evening) and should probably be reviewed... Incredibly slow service. I went to this location on Monday over an hour before they closed, but they were already set up as though the store was just... about to close. It took ten minutes for either person working to acknowledge my girlfriend and I once we got to the front of theline. One was working on a mobile order and fixing the printer, and the other woman working was eating chips. Neither made eyecontact with us or said anything for the whole time while we were waiting.
