I went there in a hurry to eat with my kids. Asked for a bowl and a burrito. My kid hurt his teeth because the white rice was so... hard, I touched it and my daughters was hard as a rock as well. The chicken on my burrito was burned that all I could taste wasthe smoke. When I went to get it replaced she showed me how bad the rice was and she still had gave me that. I've ordered online from this location three times recently. Each time my order has been at least half an hour late, and the... order has never even been remotely correct. For tonight's meal, we ordered corn tortillas because my son cannot have flourtortillas. His 3 taco meal arrived with one corn tortilla and two flour tortillas. When we asked them to correct it, the staffmember said that they were out of corn tortillas, and his manager told him to make the last two tacos with flour tortillas(which my son cannot eat). The manager was then not available to speak with us to clarify. I do not recommend this Qdoba. One ortwo bad orders is a fluke, but three bad orders (that are not only half an hour late but also incorrect) is just bad business. Read more
Tried to give them a second chance tonight but walked in, was ignored by staff for 5 minutes standing in line while one other... customer was being served. One employee has earbuds in and was not paying attention to anyone else, two others were having aconversation between themselves and one was standing idly at the register. Management at this location is severely lacking (atleast in the evening) and should probably be reviewed... Incredibly slow service. Not the place to go if you have less then 45 min to get your food. I?ve been here twice now and they are very understaffed. The... employees were trying to keep up but there were only two people working and 20 customers in line as well as online orders. NOTTHE EMPLOYEES FAULT. Food also just seems off and not very clean. Lots of ingredients were getting mixed which means randomstuff I didn?t want in my food. Overall not good. Just go down the road to chipotle until this store can improve. Read more
The last few times we've had issues with this and the other location. Last night we got 6 tacos in total. 3 per child. I have... pictures that show they were just 3 tortillas thrown into a bowl and stuff thrown on top of them. The the burrito we ordered hadvery little chicken and it was all burnt and nasty. We will never eat at any Qdoba again. We've complained to a manager everytime we've gone there and had issues every time still. Management isn't working to make them better. They just enable lazy andincompetent workers. Chipotle will be where we go from now on since they never disappoint. Read more
Our first time at this spot. The food there is good. Typical of other locations.
I went to this location on Monday over an hour before they closed, but they were already set up as though the store was just... about to close. It took ten minutes for either person working to acknowledge my girlfriend and I once we got to the front of theline. One was working on a mobile order and fixing the printer, and the other woman working was eating chips. Neither made eyecontact with us or said anything for the whole time while we were waiting. They didn't have any guacamole and both of our steakbowls were thoroughly cold upon receipt. Thankfully we got the food to-go, so we could plan on microwaving it at home. Read more
