Service was decent. Crew was efficient and demonstrated sense of purposeful work ethic. Two big beuforts (one was no-sauce) and... a loaded-fries. Special order was right the first time. Food quality good, fries fresh, and soda of decent flavor. Ultimatelyflawless experience! Five stars decently deserved. Thank you Rally's team (especially keeping the mayo off my sandwich!). This is my experience and my roommate's experience I went to your store about a month and a half ago, and he was buying lunch... and the walk up window wasn't getting any attention and car's were in the drive thru when we noticed when driving out theyweren't stopping to get food and other cars looking for service at pick up window ok now we leave, then I fill application outand I am sent to interview between think 2or1 and 5 show 415 and no answer so knock at drive thru see no one then knock and shesit up saying their closed they tell manager then they give card say fill out application on card I do then email them few timesand no answer hmmmmm,yet still hiring, couple days ago and my roommate said let's get Rallys cool no answer again food out oncounter lights on no one in drive thru knock hard manager runs out making cut throat signal closed 3pm closed so we been there3times month and a half never any service and I still have not received any response from them yet I email Them couple times,setup interview and yet keep getting notifications your hiring and I have tons experience including assistantmanager/shift leader, did I dine ,take out ,deliver never was able to get service. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches. Ghey were hot crispy and it had fresh lettuce tomatoes and mayo. The food was great. And I tipped... the young lady 5 dollars for respectful service. Only thing she didn't say thank u. U don't hear that much from young people Read more
This location of course is not in a good area but I've never encountered bad service here. I order through the app always to... skip the line and my food is always ready as scheduled or no longer than 5 minutes past the time. Read more
It's been ok.the attitudes is what gets me. You applied for this job, not me. I shouldn't get an attitude from crew or manager... cause of they things they are dealing with or have to do. Outside of that food has been good but definitely turns me off To goback thru ??????????? Read more
Only gave 1 star bc the fries were fresh and theynwere polite. I got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 2 rally burgers, all of... it was old and dry had to be the night before or super early this am. This is a hit or really miss rallys. Read more
