Rally's resonated with us! My wife and I are from different cities outside of MO and we currently have no Rally's around. We... used to so all we had were the memories until we bee-lined for this Rally's. Woo-wee! I'm so glad that we had this great foodand just like the old days. Rally's took us back to our childhood. Holy cow how much salt do you need on fries? Waaaaay too salty! Chicken was drier than the Sahara desert. Only positive was... the Large Pepsi. Very disappointing because I?ve seen better days. Read more
Rude staff. Poor service. Over cooked food. Long wait times. Food hardly ever fresh. Often messes up orders. Manager too easy... going with staff members being rude to customers. Very ghetto Would not recommend. Read more
A fast food place that actually allows you to modify what they put on your burger. It also is great when you actually get it... the way you ordered and that's what they do here. We have visited 12 times in the past 6 months and every occasion the orderwas 100% correct. Read more
They we're so polite, unlike so many fast food employees anymore. Also the food was so fresh and hot I had to let it cool before... I could take a decent bite. That's a plus for me. Read more
Hands down absolutely the worst experience!!! Waited in line for well over 30 mins. Got home & ate my dinner, ate into a chicken... sandwich that was RAW! Extremely RAW! Called their corporate office to make a report. Working on 3 weeks and have YET to hearback from anyone!! Read more
Terrible service I filed a complaint 4/10/20 because hair was in my food almost 3 weeks ago. I didn?t receive a follow up call... or email within a week so I called in to discuss the issue. I didn?t get to speak with anyone but I received an email for a freemeal on 4/17. I made a request for a refund and didn?t hear anything for another 2 weeks. I call back and was told the storemanager would call me the next day and still no response. I also never received any free meal as told in the email. I calledtoday 5/2/20 and spoke with a Tina who claims she?s a manager. She got smart huffing and puffing on the phone like I didsomething wrong or as if I was giving her a hard time and bothering her. She hung up the phone when I asked for her name. I hadto call back and argue with the lady. She refused to tell me when the store manager would be in even though I expressed I wasalready waiting for a call back. At the end of the call I told her to have a great day and she called me out of my name. I willbe going to corporate because the way the issue is being handled is very unprofessional. Literally drove 30 minutes to this location only to be told that the Apple Pay was down. That fine so I downloaded your app to... place my order. When I got to the drive thru they informed me that the entire system was down, which it wasn?t I just seen themin their car outside the store. The employee actually told me to go to McDonald?s across the street. IF I WANTED McDonald?s IWOULD HAVE GONE THERE FIRST.
