I had the BESTIE COMBO which included the Brisket, Ribs along with Brisket Chili cup and Beef Fat Fries. I thought the ribs were... good but not enough meat on the bone and the Brisket was okay, a little dry and not much of a smoke flavor. The brisket Chilitasted like it was right out of a can. I decided to patronize this place because I heard that the barbecue was good. The ribs and the brisket were delicious! I ordered... white cheddar Mac -n- cheese, Cole slaw, and cabbage and potatoes for my sides. The Mac -n- cheese & cabbage were mushy andover cooked. The Cole slaw was so dry, no juice at all. Months later we visited the actual restaurant and it was even better.I had the Bestie Combo with pulled pork & brisket. It was phenomenal. The flavor was amazing and the meat was tender. Thankfullythey had both hot and sweet bbq sauces already on the table. It doesn't end there! Their pit bean are great too. They werethicker with adequate meat mixed in. The item that most pulled us in the first time we tried S+S is definitely the white cheddarcracker mac. Honestly, it's some of the best Mac I've ever had. It's thick, flavorful, and the cracker crust top gives it greattexture while providing a hint of sweetness. My wife thought the cream corn was absolutely scrumptious.
