I love the chicken sandwich! Today I tried it on a lettuce wrap, and it was still delicious. The spicy cheese fries are my fav.... Very nice and BRAND NEW restaurant. I like the interior with interesting features like the television screens and a game where... you can toss the token to the other player and that seems very cool! I like the food the most by the way so only going to postthose. But this is still a VERY nice restaurant to go to so gonna give it 5 stars. Read more

Today my husband went to the location in Ladue he ordered two double stack burgers, fries and a drink. My burger and fries were... drowned in salt. We tried to call because we live a ways away. We were not able to get a person. I'm super disappointed. Icouldn't enjoy my food. My husband deceived to make the long drive back. They replaced our entire order no problems. Kids love it as usual. Update: Today, on 5/7/22 the service was beneath McDonalds as the rep slammed my shakes and drink on the... counter after inquiring about it. She was very nice to the White lady and child before me. The rep was black. I will only go tothe CWE location from now on. If my kids didn't want it, I would just gotten a refund. I was a little disappointed to say the least. My son saw this place on YouTube so while on vacation we decided to try out a lot... of different eateries for the first time. The sizes of the sandwiches was disrespectful as they can easily be compared to thatof a slider from Krystal or White Castle. I included my receipt in the photos and was completely okay with that price tag untilthe food arrived to our table. The place was clean and the cashier was knowledgeable. Food flavor was okaaayy...nothing amazingbut not bad. I'm okay with not eating there again though I might return for a shake. Read more
First time to ever visit a Shake Shack. Passed this place lots of time on the way to St. Louis Children?s Hospital (grandson had... surgery). Finally told my wife we must stop. To our dismay they said no more fries. Out of several special lemonades. Managerapologized because so many things were out and it was our first time. Then, she said our meal would be free!
