Corporate, Have you actually visited this location? It looks like it should be condemned. Please, PLEASE, do something about... this franchise in my neighborhood. Terrible food, Terrible staff. But who cares because I drive to another location when I cravesonic. What burns me is that the franchise is crumbling and no one cares. (See the dozens of other reviews) Our neighborhooddeserves better. Please, PLEASE, do more than make a phone call. I suggest you make a surprise visit. You'll be shocked! Read more

I was persuaded by a fan of Sonic to try it out. Maybe my expectation was too high that I felt like the food was worst than... other fast food chains. I tried the onion rings and some ice shakes, both pretty bad. Perhaps other foods should be good? Thedrive-in experience is interesting though, haven't tried it before. Read more

This place takes one order at a time and takes an extremely long time to bring the food. The grease probably needed to be... changed and cleaned as the fried items were terrible. I would hope they were cooked fresh but from how they tasted they werecooked at an earlier time and then put back into the fryers for the appearance of hot fresh tater tots and fries. Read more

ALWAYS WAITING FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES! This time been sitting in the drive-thru awaiting them to even respond on the intercom &... when I said hello, was told to wait.... been here "waiting" for over 20 minutes now to even Place an Order! Last time I'll go tothis location. Not to mention last 2 times there was at least 3 employees outside just sitting in the eating area shooting thebreeze. Great management here Read more

Waited 48 minutes in the drive through due to being blocked in by cars and a curb. There was maybe 3 other cars there and no one... was answering the order boxes. This was at 1:15 pm. The owner needs to clean house and fire everyone here because they clearlydon?t want to work, they would rather walk around outside and play on their phone or flirt with the female employees. This ishonestly the worst service I?ve seen in the city hands down. 75% of the stalls don?t even work(or that?s what they tell you whenthey don?t answer them. Owner needs to get rid of everyone and start fresh otherwise he won?t be in business for muchlonger. Edit: Finally got my food an hour an additional 26 minutes later. A BLT, a route 44 Coke and a medium tater tot. Whythis order took so long is beyond my understanding. It was ice cold so I?m guessing it it was sitting on a shelf somewhere for awhile before somebody decided to walk it out. Also for some reason they put a slice of cheese on the BLT, who does that? Theyhave broken menu order boards just sitting on piles of crates, and the dude that works there with the Chucky doll on the roof ofhis car parks sideways every single day so that nobody can get into those parking spaces to order, and I think those are theonly ones that actually operate properly. Positively the WORST fast food experience ever!!! No customers waiting when I arrived at 830am. The store opened at 8am. The guy... that works here that drives the black car with the chucky doll sticking out of the sunroof was just sitting in his car and then5 minutes of waiting he drives off. Someone speaks through the speaker, says I?ll be right with you. Didn?t happen. I finallywent to the window and when I looked inside I saw old cold coffee in a nasty stained pitcher on the counter, hamburger buns leftopen on the counter, the restaurant was FILTHY on the inside. I mean disgusting. I see spills dried on the floor, on stainlesssteel counters, etc. GROSS. The health department needs to shut them down and the owners/corporate should know about thisincessant lack of customer service. Read more
