Waited 30 minutes only wanted to offer a partial refund. Ad to call corporate to get a refund. Customer service was great once I... called corporate, but please choose another location. I saw 10 plus cars go through the drive through and I saw the same drink Ihad ordered given to a drive through order before I got mine even though I had been waiting. Never again, I will happily go toAffton from now on. Read more

This location is great. They are very patient, sweet, and kind to their customers. I wish they could stay open longer than... 5:30pm, and also wish they had a more efficient way of letting customers know about which products they are out of for the day,but these are things i just nitpick about. Otherwise, good service, good drinks just like other locations, and fast service aswell. Just don't be expecting too much. Its not fast food, its coffee. Read more

Sbux has just become a disappointment. I use to get coffee daily?now it is special occasion and I don?t even call it special. On... several occasions there?s been 25 min waits for 3 cars ahead of us, and that?s just to order, not even getting it. They?re slow,we?ve had rotten whipped cream-the smell is just rancid. The orders are sloppily thrown together-like why am I paying $7 for acoffee that is halfway full or dripping down the sides or melted stuff bc they put something hot next to it. I think the timefor sbux has come and go. Never a good experience unfortunately. Read more

This is one of the worst, poorly managed Starbucks I've ever been to. They have an employee take your order on the ipad in the... drive thru but but by the time you make it to the window your drink is watered down because it's been sitting. These method ofordering is absolutely pointless...it doesn't speed up service, drink tastes watered down. Seriously someone needs to come inand properly manage this store. Oh and 30 minute drive thru times are sadly the norm...I'm on summer break so I don't care butonce I start work this Starbucks will NOT be an option. Read more

I?ve been here four times and I won?t be back. It is consistently bad. Today, I waited about 20 minutes for my small tea and... ended up leaving without it. Something is obviously being managed incorrectly. In the times I?ve been inside, there is oneperson working and literally between 8 and 10 people standing around doing nothing. I assume it?s because they are training newpeople, but they must not be able to keep employees because they?re always training new employees, yet they never have anyone towork. There?s always at least 100 boxes of inventory in the middle of the store that no one is making an effort to put away.Every time I?ve been in they?ve been ?out? of one thing or another, but because everything is boxed in the middle of the store,you can see brand new boxes of what they?re ?out? of. On the days that I have gotten my drinks, they?ve been made incorrectly orare just not good. I do not recommend this Starbucks. Read more

This location has been dropping the ball. Seems like every other day they don?t allow you to place mobile orders for pick up.... When I asked as to why, they simply implied that it?s less orders they have to get to. So I?ve opted to go inside since then toplace my orders because their drive through line tends to stretch out on to the busiest street ever, Lindbergh, causing moretraffic. Now they have been simple closing the cafe when they feel fit, so you?re forced to sit in that monstrosity of a line orjust leave. Which is a huge inconvenience with my morning commute. They changed hours as listed below which is fine. Howeverwhen I show up to place a drive through order at 5:20am clearly passed their 5am opening. Mind you with staff inside the store,they refuse to take my order as well as the other 10 vehicles. When I simply went to the window to just check if and when theywould open the employee just looked at me and said we?re closed rudely and turned her back on me, refusing to even open thewindow to specify why or when they?d open. Just left me sitting there and ignoring me hoping I?d go away. Very unprofessional,if you?re going to run a business then why allow employees to simple deter your paying customers, just cause they don?t feellike working. I?m done with this Starbucks and their horrible service, I?ll take my business else where. Read more
