This Starbucks has single-handedly brought me to boycott your company, as long as I can hold out! The employees are always in a... bad mood, and even saying "thank you" is met with eye rolls. I'm not sure what happened to the poor souls working at thislocation, but apparently being asked to do your job is just too much. I'm sorry you have to work. Orders are regularly if notalways incorrect, when ordering in the drive-thru or online. Sometimes my drinks are 3/4 full, which is concerning. Pricescontinue to rise, but the products and service continue to fall. Read more

Literally made my drink completely wrong. I ordered a salted caramel sweet cream cold brew and they didn't put ice in it. I... asked for the cream to be on the bottom and it's on the top. I asked for caramel instead of vanilla and it has no flavoring. Read more

There was very little food available (5:00pm), no cooler at all, and nothing gluten free but a rice krispie thing they were... willing to go look for. Atmosphere was clean but not cozy. It was not the typical Starbucks experience i was counting on. Read more

I?m so confused as to why the store is closed randomly some days?.when they are open it?s great - like the new look inside after... the remodel. Just frustrating driving here twice only to find the store closed in the middle of the morning. Read more

Now I do go to Starbucks quite often (every 3-4 days). Today I had went to Starbucks and order the same as I always order the... cookie crumble frap? 2 of them, the last 5 times I been there I specifically pronounce my order. I get the the window and lookat this it?s wrong. The time the trans who works the window has had an attitude. This isn?t the first time either. I wasapproached by whoever at the window , manager maybe another coworker who cares. I said this isn?t the first time buts it?s theDefinitely the first time I said something about the attitude and it?s the last time I say something about it. I said I did notappreciate the attitude because she/he can?t hear me, but an attitude when I say that?s not what I order then an argument is nothow to handle your customers. I begin to call to talk to store manager 10 times. 4/10 times I get hung up on literally, theother 6 times no answer. I had enough with the location right now the street 2 min drive, last time I go to this location. Withgas prices I?ll drive the extra 10 min to the next Starbucks who has the customer service customers deserve. I hope this staffon July 10th at 5:00 get what they deserve after i called corporate. Cal you?re a champ for helping me out. As of the staff atStarbucks on Chippewa, shame on you and you should let go the transgender who has a constant attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME. Read more

I know that it's going to be my word against theirs and outside of recording the cup leaving the baristas hands and the entirety... of my consumption there's no way to alleviate any doubt that I fabricated this story but thanks for the nose ring/chunk ofmetal. Imagine had I taken off the lid and downed it. Didn't even notice this until I went to toss out my cup. Accidentshappen and what not but really curious what sort of internal damage this could of caused. Hope it is just a nose ring and Ididnt consume smaller shards of metal. Read more

Staff is always so wonderful here, considerate, and abolish the corporate feeling invoked by most Starbucks locations! Even... when they are slammed, and I mean slammed, there fast, professional & friendly. Keep doing a wonderful job guys! Read more
