My first and last visit here! I work for Washu, had a starbucks gift card and figured I'd use it here. Never been to this... location but it's convenient since I work on the campus. I went in ordered and the person behind the register was unfriendly andapparently short patience. I use the gift card and was short . 10 cent. I wasn't sure if I could charge . 10 cent to my creditcard so I tried to hurry up and order an additional item. The look on this woman's face was awful and rude towards me. I feltextremely uncomfortable and that is enough to make me never go back. I'll stick to the coffee shops elsewhere. I ended up paying$3.00 for a BROWNIE because I just wanted to hurry up and get out this woman's face. Glad I know what it's like because theywon't get another dime out of me. Read more

Very efficient place to get your beverages! Always very quick, and never too busy.
Out of too many items. Love the servers. Wait is way too long. To wait for 20+ min for a drink is just too long.

Consistently the slowest service I've experienced at any Starbucks. On top of that, I consistently have the wrong drink made.... Easy drinks found right on the menu. Read more
