The lines are super long no matter what time and long wait times but the reasoning is because they receive a lot of people... everyday the staff are so nice and friendly if the lines where not long the average wait time will be less then 10 mins Read more
Well not sure how this can be messed up. The coffee was fine. The young lady at the register was great. I am not sure who kicked... the other employees dog that day but it wasn't me. Sort of slamming coffee down and not very welcoming. Read more
Horrible experience?.. black male was terrible they ran out of cold brew and quickly made something that was fast and tasted... like chalk! His attitude was the worst I will NEVER GO BACK THERE?.. how many times do you have to be told your rude before youget fired has any of the managers read any of the comments??? Cultural PROBLEMS!!!! Looked like a sterile ghost town. None of the doors to the street are open, so you have to walk through the hotel lobby. Not... that big of a deal in itself, but it really added to the overall negative experience. The barista gave us attitude the second wewalked in the door, like she didn't want us to be there, and it never shifted. I asked for a flat white with soy milk, and sheproceeded to tell me that they were out of all kinds of "regular" milk. I was confused because I didn't ask for "regular" milk.Then my daughter ordered an iced drink, and the barista said they were out of ice and strawberries that were supposed to go inthe drink. She followed that up with "it tastes the same, though". I would not recommend this Starbucks. Read more
Same consistent experience Starbucks experience. Easy to get to from the street too, not just the hotel.
Wanted to go get coffee at 7am. Sign said they were open at 6am. Door was open so I walked in. Two people said inside they were... closed. I asked what time are you open, and they said, ?when the employees get here?. So I asked when was that? Terriblecustomer service and just completely rude. Read more
