I think I literally had the best burger from Steak n Shake that I've ever had in all of my years eating there! No I don't know... anybody that works there family or friends. I even got the extra onions I always order this time ????. It was just....Awesome!Omg ????????????????????????????????. Food is always good. The line is a little too long at times. They sometimes don't adhere to the special requests. Most of the... time it's fine, if it's no pickles or tomatoes because you can take them off yourself. However, if I ask for a Cherry Coke orcup of BBQ sauce on the side, I expect it to be there because I paid for it. Read more

Omg. The chili is absolutely horrible. As one reviewer mentioned ?nothing like it suppose to taste and I have had a chemical... like after taste for about 10mins. I originally wanted a double cheeseburger and they were out of lettuce, no sourdough bread,jalapeños, chipotle mayo. The fries were weak as hell. Had to get my shake remade multiple times because they either handed outto the wrong person or ?dropped it?. Idk why it even opened back up. You would be better off sticking to home cooking or a lunchsandwich for lunch. Why waste your money on people who don?t even have integrity in the food they serve. Read more
Food is good after you wait a hour in drive through to get it!! Employees are a mess! You pay and then they asked u to pull... forward and then a dumb young girl with braids comes out hands you food and doesn't say thanks for waiting or anything and justwalks away!! Told her I was missing chili I paid for and she just looked at me dumb like and walked back in resturant! I satthere and she finally comes back with bag walks up to me and I say is that my chili and she said no pull over to space andsomeone else will bring it out...SMH!!!! Always a nice treat urself some steak n shake anytime that I possibly can. The fries ???? are smaller than the average but they... fire, add some cheese to the side for dunking the little fellers and can dunk ur steak burger in as well. They quit carrying themushroom swiss but have plenty of other great yummy burgers. They also started putting the kiosk self ordering machines in moststeak n shakes. So you have to order whatever you want from these machines now. Also I noticed my shakes got some color addedin, and some funky tasting big round paper straws. My 3 shakes were ??, ???? and ???? throughout. Maybe they have always donethis??? since I usually only get cookies and cream, I tried strawberry this time. Them paper straws are nice but really have afunky taste to them, like I'm drinking through a newspaper. Food came fairly quick, after shakes, waiter did his job, tore intoour meals and out the door we went. You pay right there at the kiosk, felt kinda unsure about leaving a tip since we had to waiton ourselves, didn't get soda, so no refills. But we still all left a few bucks apiece and felt better that we did anyhow. 5stars Read more
Visited Steak and Shake today dined in... first we had to feed ourselves so I grabbed us menus and placemats because there were... no placemats menus silverware nothing was on the table . We ordered two 4 for 4 orders. We Waited an hour for our food andmine was incorrect. I asked to speak to a manager who told the waitress that she could not speak to me so I insist it that themanager come out and talk to me since I've waited over and hour for wrong food. When the manager came out and spoke to me shereaches my order made them remake it brought it to me and it was still wrong and when I called her on it she brought back whatwas missing and then I asked her to take this awesome my bills because after waiting over an hour for wrong food and it comeback twice long I didn't see I should pay for it considering its only $4. She said that she would not take it off the bills thatshe could only discount it and I told her I would not eat this food she could take it back I did not want to recharge for andI'm not going to eat it and literally this food is going to sit on the table because I wish used to eat it. I will never eat ittoo Steak and Shake again because the management has no concern for its customers. Customer service it this location iscompletely nonexistent. The entire restaurant only have one waitress waiting tables and she's about in her sixties or seventieswith arthritis so you can imagine it's a service is going to be pretty slow. Read more
So happy we still have a Steak-n-Shake to go to. The staff is friendly and the food is good. We travel 25 minutes to go here.
