Literally made me sick for two days. Plus frenchfries weren't even full.. pathetic took 20 minutes to get this junk. Their $5... shake isn't worth a dime. This meal was handed to me by the manager. Can you believe it.. Read more

I will say I miss the personal interaction of having a server, but it's just a sign of the times. This locations food was... great. Fresh made fries and all the food we had was fresh. The employees were so friendly. I also witnessed the training of anew cook and let me say they were so kind to him and very helpful in their teaching him. We've been to a few differentlocations with this new kiosk ordering and this by far is the best run location. Will definitely be back. Read more

The cheapest burger place you will see with pretty good shakes. If you are on a budget or looking for a cheap dirty bulk, you... can get a burger meal with fries for just $4. The burger itself is pretty flavorless but their shoestring fries are decent andyou will be really full and greasy after eating. The milkshake is massive and is around $5, but when you go in for happy hour,it's half off and more than worth it. This place is never too busy, has multiple order kiosks, and the service is quick. Insideis really cold from the ac, and the bathroom is kinda dirty but it's whatever. Highly recommend. Read more

I don?t understand some reviews. The food is very affordable yet tasty. IMHO it?s better than that hyped up In n Out. Food is... ready super fast. The dining in experience is well maintained. I had a problem with my order and the nice lady in charge quicklyresolved it in perfect manner. What more do you expect? Read more

Not sure what the experience is like during the day, but later at night, customers order from a touch screen and receive an... order number to listen for. This is efficient and probably due to the restaurant being short-staffed, but it does change thedine-in experience. The touch screen didn't realize the other night that the restaurant was out of coffee, so I paid for it andthen was told "Oh, we don't have that.." and no refund/replacement item was offered. Aside from that, the employees werefriendly enough. The food still tastes like Steak'n'Shake food, and the restaurant was as clean as you would expect for amoderately crowded, late-night spot. They were very short staffed but they got our food to us as quickly as possible and were very nice. The food was good as well... which isn't always the case with short staffing. I wish I'd gotten the manager's name so I could mention it here. A homelessgentleman came in while we were there and she was compassionate in his handling of him. She was firm with him and let him knowhe couldn't go table to table but at the same time she fixed him a meal to go. She refused my offer to pay for his meal bysaying she would take care of it which she did. She could have just kicked him out but instead she chose kindness. Read more
