Attempted to patron at 8:30 on a Sunday and was told with a snicker that the ?shake machine? was down?? Steak ?n Shakes shake... machine. Like wow. If I hadn't worked there before I could understand it but on the account that they spin their own shakes thisis just an excuse not to work. 1 star. Read more

The drive thru wait was long and i order single steakburger got a double and ask was my side of cheese in the bag. Glad i check... before I pulled off no cheese sauce in the bag . And bun was so stale just feel apart when i pick it up. Read more
Gave me a shake that was entirely whipped cream in a large cup. Fries were cold and soggy. Didn't add extra patty despite me... paying for it. Crazy because I order from the other steak n shake not too far from here (exact same meal) pretty often and thishas never happened. Read more
We had a fantastic very fun experience here! Marco kept us very entertained with his bubbly personality and Jermall was very... welcoming and they both had amazing customer service skills! The food was amazing and cooked perfectly! We signed up to the appwhilst there and got a free shake for it which was awesome as well. Highly recommend this Steak 'n Shake site if you get chanceto visit. Good vibes and very clean dining room! Read more
Considering there are barely anymore Steak ?n Shakes around I assumed it would be good as the line was super long. It was not.... My burger was cold, burnt and there was barely any Cajun sauce on it and the top was completely covered in grease. I will not begoing back. Read more
With the recent demise of the Hampton and Gravois SnS we gave this one another shot. We have been here two times now and both... visits were pleasant. Food is solid and the staff has been friendly. Only complaint is that both times there has been a servicedelay at some point in the meal. First time we waited up front to be seated for several minutes even though the place was 3/4empty and staff was hustling around. They even acknowledge us, but finally just told us to seat ourselves. The other time itjust took a little longer than expected to get food. Hasn't been busy on either visit in the late dinner time frame. This isour new SnS and we really loved the Hampton Gravois one. The white dude running the drive thru was completely rude since he was running the front cash register and the computers you... order with are messed up and we wanted to pay in cash. No way will we allow a employee to tell us to hurry up since he wasmultitasking jobs and running behind. Extra rude and we walked out. November 12th 20022 at 4.44pm.
