Don't have my sandwich anymore. Roasted chicken And the southwest sauce is different and it tastes terrible

The accuracy and service at this location is horrible. I ordered 4 sandwiches through the. subway app. When I got home I... realized that 3 of the 4 sandwiches were incorrect. I went back to the store to get the sandwiches remade. Initially she triedto give me the ingredients on the side so I could add them myself. I advised her that I paid for full sandwiches and expectednothing less. Despite her making the sandwiches incorrectly, she had very little desire to fix the problem. We went there for a 10 AM lunch. I forgot to add bacon for both of the sandwiches. The young lady didn't mind and heated it... without having to be asked. The food was fresh and tasty. The place was very clean and the staff was easy to work with. Therestrooms have been out of order more than a month but McDonalds is next door. Read more

Horrible service. Made an online order for curbside pickup... we waited and waited and no one ever came out. Went inside and... they said they didn't make it because they were out of one item. No one called or came out so make us aware. So... had to ordera different sandwich.. it was cheaper but no refund was given. Then that sandwich was made wrong. They toasted it when told notto.... and then to remake it... they talked in Indian for s minute then made another sandwich.. oven roasted chicken... and theydidn't even heat the chicken. This place is a joke and will be closed in no time. I love subway but these guys are giving thema horrible name. Never in my life have I gotten such horrible service and food from subway. Read more

Never been one to hate on the franchise, but I'll dog on the individual location. This particular store is NOT ONLINE ORDER... FRIENDLY. Whoever was working between 7pm - 8pm on April 3rd, the night of me writing this review, I hope the manager takesinto consideration the performance. My postmate waited half an hour at the store itself, then the sandwich arrived with onemissing veggie, 4 slices of roast beef laid flat?? And the sandwich itself wasn't cut in half. I could not give 0 star so selected 1. This is one of the worst subway that I have visited in my entire life. I have placed 2... mobile orders half an hour ago to avoid the wait line. When I reached there, it should have been ready for pickup instead of itwasn't printed the receipt. After waited 15 minutes they said you have only 1 order. Then after research, found out that someonehas trashed or put the 2nd receipt aside. They don't even care whether your sandwich becomes soggy. I will not visit this branchin my entire life. Read more
