I have refused to go back to this location for over two years due to the horrible management/owner! Decided I wanted Subway... bad enough to put up with him and was totally surprised! They have a new owner and management and the manager is fantastic!Very friendly and happy that we re-visited. We will definitely be returning. Read more

Should have left when we walked in and there was a weird smell. My young daughter confirmed the weird smell so it wasn't just... me. So instead of dining in we left. Also there is literally trash in the "flower beds" outside and it's just gross. Clean up infront of your restaurant. I cannot believe this is Oakville. Not pictured a pot full of liquor bottles outside the door. Read more

The worst Subway I?ve ever been to. We have given this store multiple chances and we are just done. I?ve had chicken bones in my... chicken teriyaki and almost cracked a tooth on an olive pit today. The manager will not take any responsibility. The person whoruns this store needs to be slapped. And then fired. Read more

I thought when new owner took over the old POOR customer service practices were over. WRONG when asked if I could use Subway... coupon team member took coupon and never stated this location doesn't participate in Subway Promo,s. As I was charged regularprice. And one of the 4 Rasberry Cheesecake cookies I bought looked like customer took bite out of it didn't like and teammember put in back with others. Read more

The quality of the food has definitely improved over the last few years. Everything is truly fresh now. The food gets 5 stars.... The owner/employees/customer service is poor. There is a consistent lack of friendliness and customer service. The owner comesacross rude each time and the other employees are lacking basic skills as well. "How are you today?" and "Thank you" and "Have agood day" are words I have never heard at that Subway location. The customer does not feel appreciated. Read more
